 Good Morning--  To-day is Wednesday, October 7th--dark--well, I am beginning to see the light, just above the fence--It seems cold--It feels cold in here--so it must be even colder outside--"Fall" is in the air for sure this AM.--On my phone, for Elliot Lake, it says 10 degrees C.,  outside-a tad cool for sure!--I must meet Dave this AM-- 9-30 am ---plus Lopez needs a wee walk--and soon!

                        So--Words I wish I had written--

#1.When in doubt, do nothing.

#3.Nothing of value is lost by taking your time.

 It is Tuesday, October the 6th--dark outside--was minus 2C outside, over night.--COLD!!!! I am late getting up--did not want to climb out of that warm bed!--I had to wake up Lopez--Sushi still in bed--lucky her!---  The wash is ready to throw into the dryer--and, it is garbage day-so that must be dragged to the road--with the recyclables--"containers" this week--As Mom used to say, "A woman's work is never done."---

Well enough-- So, how are you all?--a new day-- It is not snowing--"YET"--We are alive--I found out one can have "Macular"---in our eyes and still see--Life is good!   -'specially if we are strong--and try really  hard to be that way--So, "be thankful for small mercies!"--Mom used to say that--

Now, hug each of your children--Tell them how special they are--  Talk to the dog -even the cat--and love your husband to the moon and back--We are alive!-- Oh-h-hh--hh--Big hugs to you --everyone of you!

LIFE REQUIRES THAT WE TRY OUR BEST..

To-day is Monday, September the 5th--I am heading into Sudbury , to go to the Eye Dr., there -- (about a 2 hr drive)-and I have a Driver coming here  about 11am--for the "macular" in my eyes---my appointment  at  3-30pm--Son #3 will be here (I hope) to let Lopez out and in--and out and in--until I return.--The whole thing seems like a scare-y day ahead--but--as it says above, I shall try my best.

It is daylight  now outside--the wee furnace is on  in the living room--  freezing cold in here still tho----The clothes now in the dryer turning round and round---so, my poor blog might be shorter than usual--

                   

                    Anyway, words I wish I had written---

It is Sunday, October the 4th--my Dad's Birthday-dark as "the ace of spades" outside---(Mom's expression)_The heat is turned up--the windows closed--and I am going back up go bed! --Lord love a Duck--Lopez , and Sushi are still asleep upstairs and I am going back up there also--and crawl into  that warm bed--for now--Remember -----

                            I see we have rain--(I am up again!)

-  kinda cool also-The  wash is in the dryer--Son #2 is now en route from Britain--returning to Toronto--just called me--

                           

                     So---Words I wish I had written--

#1.Remember that children do not think like Adults.

#2.Create an unhurried morning routine.

#3. A big head means a big headache.

#4.You can feel lonely even if you are not alone.

Good Morning--  To-day is Saturday, October 3rd--dark outside--and feels cold-- inside --My phone says 2  degrees outside, right now--COLD!--I have the wee heater turned up--  Lopez and I are down here--Sushi buried under the covers,  upstairs in my big bed--I must get the washer going--

Son#2 is in Britain  --landed in the night, so must be sleeping now---He enjoys going there as he visits his wife's brother who lives there.

                        So, words I wish I had written--

#1.Ask your heart what actions to take.

#2.Nothing worth having can be purchased.

#3.Do not let the sun go down on a quarrel.

#4.If you think about it too much, you will never do it.

So, are you happy this morning?--We used to say, "If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands--"--Music is good for you whether you are happy or sad--Our prime purpose in life is to help others--Live so that your children know you are fair, caring and full of integrity---and bestow so much love upon each one, plus your pets--We only go thru this life once , and  so we must do it right the first time--- Lordy be, it takes great strength, doesn't it, to  be happy and keep our family happy also.

Good Morning Sunshine!

It is almost daylight --The fire is on--so we have heat--and--WE ARE UP--Lopez is in the kitchen eating breakfast--Sushi still on my bed upstairs-The wash is in the dryer twirling around--Oh , I nearly forgot--To-day is Friday, October 2nd--a new month--and --yes, it feels like "Fall" outside-- and in here!--and--  I have "macular Degeneration-"-I guess--will know this week, for sure----as I will be going to see the Eye specialist. in Sudbury -on the 5th---  Son #1's Father-in-law---is going to drive me----Lord love a Duck eh??--

Stay Strong!

 Good rainy morning--  still a bit dark outside--  and I see rain falling--Lopez and I are up--in fact-- downstairs here--and guess what?-- To-day is Thursday, October the 1st--a brand new month!-It os still darkish outside--misty--  wet--and I think I see rain falling--Lucky Sushi, still upstairs on my bed---

There! That is exactly what it looks like!--WET!!

So, I have bad news-- --well, it could be worse --so, it is not SOOooo

bad--but--  sad news I guess---  I'll tell you really fast--You know my Mom had "Macular Degeneration-"-died when she was blind--blind blind---and------yesterday, I found out---  I HAVE IT TOO!--I was told a year ago, at an Optician--that I had it--but--I NEVER BELIEVED THEM--so did absolutely nothing about it--a year ago that was--a whole year ago--It has not affected my vision--yet------but will--in time--like soon, I suspect!--So, on the 5th, (soon)--I am off to Sudbury to see Dr Kent, and they will do whatever they have to do-- Andrew's wife's Dad is going to drive me--Lord love a Duck eh??-I kinda knew this was going to happen--could feel in my bones--

Anyway , life must go on--  so---
