Blasts from the past--
First of all, you need to enable 3rd Party cookies. That will help fix your Whoops errors. So if you're on Firefox, turn off your Enhanced Tracking Protection. Near Comment, Click where it says Google Account and an arrow, you see the three ways to comment: Select profile... A) use your Google account, so that there is a profile picture next to your comment OR B) use your name line and then put in your User name, whatever name you want people to know you by, the second line for a website is optional OR C) be ANONYMOUS. When you have finished typing your comment, please copy it into your clipboard (your computer memory), in case there is a problem. Then you can paste it in again if necessary. Some comments disappear. Click the Publish button when you are done, you may see a box that says, I am not a robot ----Click there--then click -Publish. Do not check the Notify me button, unless you want contacted by email whenever anyone leaves a comment on this blog. Come back again soon, to see if there are any replies to your comment, and to join again in the discussion. If you do not see the comments, you need to click the title of the blog, to separate that blog from the main page or click Comments at the bottom of the blog, either way. It's okay if you double post, the extra ones will be removed soon if they are exactly the same as one before. Thank you!

ReplyDeleteIt's Kathy. I am doing my best to adhere to #1 - Stop trying to do it all. I have an acupuncture appointment this morning and my dear husband just offered to drive me. It's raining and he knows I don't like driving in the rain. He has been so helpful lately! I really appreciate it. So that's my big thing for today - once I'm home I can relax! Your wise words: "don't try to do it all." I often do that. I leave some chores for the next day but the next day I have to add more to the list.
Does Sushi 'help' you make your bed? Cats really do show an interest in that. It can take 3 times longer to change a bed if your cat is 'helping.' I need to shut mine out of the room 'til I'm done. He sings the song of his people on the other side of the door the whole while I am doing it.
We vote November 3, but I did it already, too. And we have daylight savings time starting this coming Sunday. We 'fall back' so we get an extra hour of sleep.

DeleteHi Lynda, changing the sheets on a large bed can be challenging, that's for sure. Now that it's behind you, you can relax a bit and enjoy the day ahead. You've had your elections and we will have ours next Tuesday, but I've already voted and have been praying about the outcome. We need a BIG change in the United States, most will agree to that.

DeleteHi, Lynda. Yeah, I already voted absentee, but did get an odd email or text that seemed to indicate that they still didn't have my ballot. Oh well, I put it in the big condo mailbox in the outgoing slot, I have no control over that.
ReplyDeleteIt's another bright, sunny day here going to be in the 70's all week, can't complain. NOT looking forward to the time change, though. I HATE the long, dark nights! Come November, Ohio tends to start getting very dreary with little sun. Little sun brings on my Seasonal Affective Disorder, unless I am at work. At work, we have no windows, so I don't know what it's like out there, LOL
