Get up and be amazing-

Good Morning--on this Sunday, to-day--May the 3rd--It feels a tad chilly both inside and for sure, outside--but, it is MAY---It is Spring- I used to always  say,-------

"-Spring has sprung, The grass has riz--I wonder where the boidies iz?--The Boid is on the wing,- but that's absoid -I thought the wing was on the Boid---"-

But--no humming birds that I can see--(sad)--but then--no humming bird feeders up--even sadder---- They must be "humming around" our other kitchen window  on the lake--and I must pick up a few feeders-- and figure out where to hang them--always lots to do isn't there--?

So Lopez , Sushi, and I, are up and -at-er here--I must get the wash machine on--as I will be meeting Dave for breakfast--  sooner than later--

Son#2 is "winging his way , back from Scotland--He enjoyed his time there-- It looks like he purchased a  new hat--pretty dapper---looking like he  is a true scotsman now--

Looks like he purchased a book on his "Scottish clan"--the                                      - "Wallace" clan--his kinfolks--

below--- The words I wish I had written-
#1.Never argue with a crazy person--
                 # 2.Do not let the sun go down on a quarrel
#3.He that is full of himself is empty
#4.Knock the chip off your neighbours shoulder by giving                           him a pat  on the back.
and, of course-  Blasts from the Past
son#3 ---          Fred--and  I--Looks like a conference going on--

son#2 with Charlee, the dancer, -Son#1's daughter

Below--Ava Son#3 daughter with Ethan-Son#4 son--with fish they caught

        Jacob  and Sophia-on a snowy lake--Allison's 2 children
Below--  Allison , her dog Tyson, Me with Lopez,  and Son#2's wife and dog-shortly after Fred passed---
I hope that to-day will be a wonderful day for you--Remember--Eat less-live longer--Put your best foot forward--and, for sure,  your very best is good enough--Life can be beautiful--and that life is what you make it.-so---
                                Get up and be amazing!

  2. Good morning, Lynda! A sunny day in Ohio and a bit warmer today. We had a freeze warning last night and I had to cover a plant on my porch table. I have sheets in the wash. Enjoy your breakfast with Dave. I am going out today to run around some to enjoy it while my husband is at work. I will return and make spaghetti for our dinner. Yes, your pic looks like a conference going on. LOL! Your son looks great in that new hat! Thank him for sharing! Have an amazing day! It is our fave! Hugs!

  3. Morning Lynda,
It's in the 40's F here today but sunny. I think it's going to warm up as the week progresses.
Matt's visit to Scotland looks like fun. It's cool that being a pilot he gets to visit so many places, even if he doesn't get to stay long.
So, if you do move back to Lakefield, will you be close by Matt and family again? He and his family always seemed to help you with stuff when you were there.
Have a good breakfast with Dave. I guess if you move you won't get to do that with him.

    Have a good day!
    Hugs,
    Jackie

  9. Of course it didn't post. Here's the one I copied to my email this early afternoon: Good morning, sis.

Yes, we did miss you. I figured you were doing something important.

Love the blasts. Yes, I can see a couple parents amongst all those kids!

I have been thinking about assisted living (what we call that kind of home), too. We'll see. Here you can get support to help pay for it if you're low income.

    Love the words of wisdom.

I am 90% from the British Isles...Ireland, Scotland and Ireland. I love that symbol. I always decorate for St Patrick's day and tell people, "Top o' the mornin to ya."

I have chores today, as always and it's cold, too. They have turned our boilers (we have hot water heat) off for the season. I watched tv last night with lots of clothes on (including a jacket and hat). It's spring outside, but the temp doesn't show it yet. And that wind is so cold!

I hope you like the facility you're visiting. You would have less stress. Can Lopez and Sushi come with you? {{{HUGS}}} Love, Maggie
