Good Day on this Friday, May 22nd---- It feels sorta "coolish" out there--but--we do have sunshine--just after 7am here--I meet Dave for breakfast at 9-30am--so I will have to keep moving here--Lopez and I are up--Sushi upstairs ---I think we had frost last night-- The good news is, next week is supposed to be much warmer--
So, as usual, the wash machine has done it's job--was chugging away and now waiting for me to unload it, and get the clothes into the dryer-Gone are the days of the clothes-line----
I hope to-day that I can appreciate the many things that make my life so valuable--like-- going out with Dave for breakfast--LOL---Gil coming to help me with the yard--(LOL)--my wee house here--The list can go on and on--and even tho Fred is not here, he was here for many years and we were extremely happy--memories keep me going-And that reminds me---"Words I wish I had written--"

DeleteIt's Kathy. It's cloudy here today, and rainy. We had sprinkles this morning and more rain coming by evening. I guess we need it. They say it will really warm up over the weekend. I just wonder what happened to Spring - it seems we go from winter to summer these days! My son is here. He had a conference to attend yesterday so he stayed overnight with us. It's very different having another person in the house - my little Daisy isn't sure what she should be doing! Have a wonderful day and thanks for sharing your memorie4s with us!
ReplyDeleteaww Kathy--So nice your son is visiting--My kids don't visit enough-----maybe one day they will-- Cute that your Daisy knows he is different--smart dog!!--Thank yu for writing and sharing your life--I enjoy hearing about everything-- Hugs, Lynda
DeleteHi Lynda, nice way to start off the day to have brunch with Dave. A bonus to meet up again on Sunday. Great to have someone to chat with, right? It's a 3 day weekend here in the US for Memorial Day to recognize those who lost their lives in serving the Country. Too many people forget what it's about and only think of Memorial Day sales. It's overcast and gray this morning, but the sun will be out in the afternoon. Enjoy your day. Your grandchildren all have such sweet smiles.
