Lord love a Duck! --I have the wee gas furnace on. Lopez is asleep on  his leather chair--the wash needs to be turned on--and-- I can hardly wait to grab a wee nap on my sofa.

  1. Happy Thanksgiving weekend, Lynda! Enjoy the celebration! Eat ice cream! It’s our anniversary today. Married at Niagra Falls on the US side and stayed on the Canadian side which is more beautiful. All the sweet cousins and sweet Beau and Gerard. It is 54 in Ohio but will warm up later and lots of rain tomorrow. I better get ready. We are going shopping and out to eat. Have a lovely day and big hugs for you!

  2. Good morning, sis!

I am late commenting cuz I've been busy with business related stuff and ordering online from Walmart. Have you ever ordered from them? They will deliver or you can pick-up. They have also mailed me items that they didn't have in my closest store.

Have to take 'Becca for her meds when I pick up my stuff. I also hope to get some clothes and a blanket washed today.

There always seems be something to do.

I also see a bunch of ladybugs on my window sill...They have succumbed to my Shell No Pest Strip. Poor things. I don't know where the opening is that let them in.

I haven't even eaten breakfast or chosen what to wear today...I'm still in my robe! Lucky is fed, though. I'd better get to it my friend with the wonderful family (the kid with the birthday is probably the one holding the bunch of balloons and I do see a dog on the dock today...not to mention the magnificent Beau!) Oh, and money is a resource to be used not hoarded. That's my opinion. {{{HUGS}}} Love, Maggie

  3. Good Morning Lynda,
Happy Thanksgiving weekend. Oh, that's nice you and your family will be getting together for dinner.
It's cool and overcast here with rain coming later today. We don't have anything planned for today, just running some errands. There are a lot of great events this weekend in the area but most are outside so we will take a pass with the rain coming.
Love all the pics of your family. That picture of Gerrard with the pillow .
picture of himself is too cute!

    Have an awesome day!

  6. It's Kathy. Happy Thanksgiving weekend to you and your family. I like that it's in October, before the snow starts falling. In your Words above, #4 is my favorite - and so true! Something to think about. We have having a rebirth of summer - might get to 90 degrees today. I just took Daisy out for the 2nd time this morning and I sure didn't need the sweatshirt! I hope to get outside and pull some weeds. Can't cut back my perennials yet because we still haven't had a first frost! Can't remember that ever happening in my. lifetime! Love the photos - and that first meme, my youngest daughter when she was in high school, used to say something like that!

  7. Happy Thanksgiving, Lynda! Try to get a picture of everyone if you can, so we can see all those grown-up kids now. We still have to wait until November 26 for ours. Then I will get to see my dwindling family!
