Good morning, Lynda! It is raining in Ohio, too! I do feel like a miserable cow because I have been getting sourdough cheese bagels, cookies and bread from our farmers market. Lol Just had a cookie with my coffee. Your son and his move timed out so well with your move. Great job! Can’t wait til you get resettled and enjoying life! It will be exciting to hear all about it. Enjoy your day. Sunday is our favorite. Hugs!

Marge I will try to remember-- It might take a week or so to get the computer up and running--- Lynda
DeleteI'm excited for you! And I'm excited for me! I have been out of my home living in this little rental house for 215 days now! But tomorrow, the flooring people will be at my real house to put down new flooring and carpeting! New kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities are in and all new appliances have been ordered and can be delivered as soon as new quartz countertops arrive! So I might just get back home in a couple of weeks! WooHoo! Savoring my cup of coffee and toasting you with it as we both soon will be going home!!!!
ReplyDeleteBE BACK IN YER HOME--- The best ever--so good----- Lynda
DeleteGood Sunday Morning, Lynda
ReplyDeleteYour move is coming up quick.
It may be an adjustment for Sushi and Lopez. Are you only staying in the rental for a week or so? I can't remember. You have a lot going on in the next few weeks then hopefully you will be fully settled.
Onward and Upward!
Jackie
-staying in the MotorHome one week--Aug 1st --I move to the town house--Lynda
DeleteIt's getting really close now, that Moving Day! I'll be thinking of you all week, even if I don't make it to blog commenting!
ReplyDeleteStaying in that Motorhome=--one week---then the townhouse August 1st--FOREVER -----Lynda
DeleteLynda, it's going to be so exciting. I'm an excitement junkie, LOL. Not in the sense of getting on rollercoasters or going fast, or anything, but new things, new places, and new possessions, yes! So I'm VERY excited for you! I guess you call those things "an adrenalin junkie." I'm not that, never have been! :)
ReplyDeleteHave yourself a good day! I slept on my new pull out bed last night with a thick foam mattress topper I got, and new sheets and such, BUT I was way too hot, and kept waking up. I'll try again without the foam mattress topper, and see. And of course the dog sleeps with me, and it being just a full, he makes me very hot.
Marti
Forgot to add - BUT I was very comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud! I hope your trailer home bed will be comfy!

Good morning, sis. I would not be a miserable cow if I could. Someone should milk her and give her some food!
ReplyDeleteIt's a beautiful day here in Faribault...sunny with a high of 80F.
Such precious grandchildren...and I am sure they still are.
You are so excited. I don't blame you at all. I am glad you have lots of help. Are you driving all tht way yourself? Take your time, do rest, food and potty stops. You will get there sooner rather than later.
I did not go to karaoke last night. I word myself out with chores. I am so pleased with what I accounplished, though.
It will be a busy week for me, too: Just tomorrow to myself, then on Tuesday, JoAnne's serices and Wednesday my manometry at the Veterans Hosital. We can do anything we put our minds to.
One more good thing...I didn't need to take pain pills yesterday until bedtime. Looks like today will be the same.
I weighed in at 117# this morning.
Back later, GF. {{{HUGS}}} Love, Maggie
Hi Lynda: It's getting so close! And now that son #2 has moved into his new home it makes it harder for you to stay there. He's still going back to EL with you right? Then you both can get settled in your new homes. Exciting! Have fun packing. Hugs Brenda
ReplyDeleteWishing sone #2 and family a long, happy life in their new home.
ReplyDeleteI hope that all goes well w/your move!
HUGS and blessings
