We have another very hot sunny day here-- Lopez has been out--did his business -- and the neighbours large dog, attacked me earlier today--Unbelievable eh?-- I am OK but it scared both me and Lopez---
Let me know, please if you all can get this, this am--What a day eh??--
The above picture--IS ME!!!--a real blast from the past for sure!1964-the year I graduated from Nursing--pre-children era~~
Allison and Fred out in British Columbia ---riding the Stanley trail--a couple of blasts from the past for sure!
I hope that your day is going by, better than mine was--Remember --
and STAY STRONG
Glad you escaped the dog unharmed! So enjoy your trials as it makes mine feel like lesser burdens (:
ReplyDeletethis has not been a good morning--but-- I got thru it--LOL--- Lynda
DeleteIt's Kathy. I'm so sorry the neighbor's big dog came at you and little Lopez. He's so small - I'm sure he wanted to protect you but big dogs are really big! I'm glad Son #2 is driving you all back to Elliott Lake, but sorry that he changed your email. I understand how hard it is once something has changed - to figure out what changed and how to fix it! We had a bit of excitement here last evening. I went out to water a few pots. Daisy hasn't been coming out with me (too hot for her) but I left the door open. She did come out and was very interested in something behind the hostas by the back door. I went over to look thinking it was a toad - but then I heard something squeal! I told her to drop it, and she did. It found it's way next to our grill. It was a very tiny baby rabbit and the poor thing was so scared. My husband tapped it with a small stick and it ran away! Daisy has been looking for her new friend ever since! Have a wonderful day!
ReplyDeleteAwww We have those wee rabbits hopping all over here also--- LOL--They are cute but-- dogs wouldn't like them--Quite a morning--Lynda---
DeleteLynda, it's you that's Wonder Woman! Well, me sometimes, too.
ReplyDeleteYou can see we got this as Roxie posted, too. Wonder why your son thought he could change your email address without checking with you?
It's mostly sunny here today, too. Nice and warm, but not sweltering hot. Just a bit over 78F. No rain predicted.
Love the photos! You're still just as lovely as you were. And Fred sure looks happy. Love them!
I have new toys to play with...a magic broom and a spa foot bath. Right now, I just want to eat a bite and snuggle with Lucky. I can see he want to play first.
I've already been out to gas up the car. 44 USD to fill it when it was giving me a low gas warning.
There's that play, eating, nappying...then more chores or playing with my foot bath. I'll check later to be sure this post stays here. {{HUGS}}} Love, Maggie
Well-- Now my phone just shut off--It fell outta my hand and I guess I touched the code thing as my fingers slipped and the wrong passcode of course went in and now my whole phone shut off--Have to wait 30 minutes and type in the right code--I never knew it would do that-- Gee!--Lynda
DeleteHi Lynda! Hot and sunny in Ohio, too! Ohh my goodness! The dog attack sounds scary! Glad you are ok but still. Geez! Why was it not on a leash? Sorry about your email problems. Is your day going better? Sure hope so! Hugs!

DeleteThanks for the post inspite of the many difficulties. Did you ask #1 to change your email address?
ReplyDeleteThe big dog situation sounded frightening. At least you can pick Lopez up to protect him. Glad your ok.
