It is FRIDAY, APRIL 24TH
OK, Now you are wondering--"Why ARE YOU LATE"-------It is because I had to be at the Lab, downtown, for blood work--and one must get there faster than you saying, "Johnny Robinson"--=because the Lab opens at 7am--and at 7-01, 5 million people are in waiting there for their Blood Work--This AM., I was person #5-----waiting to have my blood work--So, that is done---
And now for the local news here--The washing is done--also done in the dryer--Lopez has done his business--(We walked around the block)---=-Allison has called--I have -had breakfast--and so-=-THIS DAY HAS BEGUN!
Did you know that a happy person feels compelled to do more good things than a sad person?And--Did you know that if you want the rainbow , you gotta put up with rain? and--Did you know, that if you think about the past too much, you may not enjoy the present?----So so much to think about, isn't there?
So---- There are words I wish I had written--and here they are---
#1. Just because some people are nice to you, doesn't mean you should spend time with them.
#2.Never ask a barber if you need a haircut-

Good morning! It is lovely weather in Ohio. Some rain tonight. I love your goose. You need a front porch goose that you buy outfits for it. LOL! Labs? No thank you!! You know I ask for that butterfly needle! I am still drinking coffee. I need to go be Sadie. My ears are driving me nuts this week with tinnitus and have had muscle pain in my chest and shoulders. I took a muscle relaxer last night so moving slow today. I don’t take them often. Have a fabulous Friday! You rest now. Hugs!

ReplyDeleteThe weather is colder than it has been, but sunny. The temp started in the low 40wF. Now it has climbed to 53F
God loads of laundry done, bed changed, dishes under control...don't remember what else, but I've been busy all day.
Still trying to figure out why you told me, "You can share my memes. That's what they're for," and changed your mind. I'll need to check out zen to zany.
The weekend comes next. I have a dr appt online on Monday and PT online Tuesday.
Good job getting to the lab early! That's the way to do it. And all the family blasts are great.

DeleteWell, today I opted to get a new furnace installed. I already have the (new) 2 yr old air conditioning unit, and a recent new hot water heater, figured I might as well pop for the new furnace so that I do not have to worry about it dying on me in the middle of winter. It was 32 yrs old. They don't make them like that anymore, sadly. So that's what went on today. I went and got the 2nd of my Hepatitis B? shot. They recommended I do that, since I'm immunocompromised. I went to CVS Pharmacy. I'm back now, and have a 3 day weekend, since I am now taking Mondays off! Yippee!

MArti--32 yrs old I guess is old for a furnace--I dunno--seems like we had to replace the "Board" and then the fan, in the furnace on Boychuk rd- ---==both were like $700--then swe replaced all the water pipes in the basement-- put new pecks in--lotza money-- Lynda

DeleteIt's Kathy. I'm glad you were #5 at the place to have your blood drawn, but being there by 7 am soujnd awful! It's been a good day here - cooler than it's been but sunny. Daisy and I played outside for a bit, she liked that. Now that the snow is all gone and the weather is warming up there is so much work to do out in the yard! I find I'd rather stay in the house and read a good book! Seems I'm getting lazy in my old age!!! Have a good tomorrow!
