  1. Good Morning Lynda,
It's sunny here right now, but rain is expected later today and we did have some rain over night. After today though, it's going to be rain free for a few days.
As always, I enjoy your words of wisdom and the blast from the past pictures.
And Enjoy your breakfast with Dave!

    Happy Sunday,
    Hugs,
    Jackie

  2. Happy Sunday, dear Lynda! It’s cloudy and going to rain this evening in Ohio. I am going to paint a large ceiling in my living room today. Dreading it a bit. Enjoy your breakfast with Dave! Your yard looks fabulous! I love it! Have a beautiful day! Big hugs!

  3. Good morning, sis.

It is sunny here, but cooler. Temp is only 58F and will rise to the low 70sF.

You must have 1000 photos of your fantastic family! We do love seeing them. I especially like that one of you with the beautiful berry pie, a salad with 'good' lettuce and the orange.

I have washing, too. I hope the launry room will not be too busy. It's on and off on the weekends.

I may have to change my internet provider. The one I use is for low income customers. They say I no longer qualify, although I still live in low income, subsidized, housing. If I change providers, I can upgrade my phone.

Decisions, decisions. They seem to get more complicated. You've been through that.

I will get offa here and go check the laundry room. I'll be back later. {{{HUGS}}} Love, Maggie BTW...(re the spelling of hugs) Help Us Grow Stronger. Virginia Satir said we need 4 hugs for survival, 8 for maintenance, and 12 for growth to thrive.

  4. Hi Lynda, by the time you read this you will have already have had your breakfast with Dave. I'm sure it was enjoyable for both of you. That strawberry pie you're holding looks yummy. You can use the rain, but hopefully not too much at one time. It's going to be 85 degrees here today which isn't too bad. Enjoy the day as it unfolds.

    1. Lynda, I am so sorry to hear that you became so ill after breakfast. I wonder if the flu is going around since Dave was also ill and couldn't make it to breakfast. Keep yourself hydrated, maybe 7 Up or Ginger Ale. It can be particularly dangerous for Seniors to become dehydrated.

  7. It's Kathy. That looks like a beautiful strawberry pie that you are holding. My MIL used to make the best strawberry pies - I sure do miss that! I've never been very good at pie making and it's too much for just Tom and me. Yes, I do love the photos of your family. Everyone looks so happy. I have very few photos of my kids and even less of my grandkids. We all haven't been together in 3 or 4 years now. I do miss them! We're starting the day with cooler weather and sunshine but the weather guy things we may get rain by evening. Enjoy your breakfast. I'm going to chill for the day - although I do have more outside work to do. Maybe.....

  9. Lynda, so sorry you were sick today. Like you, I very rarely throw up, and since I have a phobia about doing so, it's not very pleasant when it happens. Probably a touch of either food poisoning or the flu, one never knows, do they? Did you know some animals are incapable of throwing up, and can get very sick. We are lucky that we can throw up to rid ourselves of whatever it is that we picked up, though it's pretty unpleasant! Feel better soon!
