NEVER GIVE UP--a short blog with big thoughts--

Good Day-- It is Sunday, April 19th--Seems cold outside--but sunshine--  no snow falling--

Son#1 and Son#2,  are in Toronto watching Son#1's daughter, Charlee,  dance, --at a Dance recital--there. --Son#2 has just returned from Germany-landed in Toronto--then headed downtown to see Charlee dance.

I actually went out yesterday, to look for some Spring "Duds"----(new outfits)--I managed to buy a couple of cotton , kinda baggy , things to wear---but--this years clothing is--a lot of cotton  tops and pants--  very baggy--  different---  Have any of you, this Spring,  been out shopping--?? I am heading out for breakfast with my friend--soon--  The wash is done-----Lopez has to get out yet---Lots to do in the morning--

                                                above--Son#1 and Son #2-the Pilot

                                           above---Son#1 with Charlee, his daughter-the
"DANCER"----much younger

and--a very old pic =-=-Son#2 on left--Son#1 with the banana

many many years ago---seems like yesterday--

So-- a short blog--  (better than no blog)--  wishing you the best---"top of the morning-"-I hope to-day you allow positive energy to flow through you."  Your mind makes life exciting or dull-

There are so many words that I wish I had written-

-#1. It is never foolish to forgive

#2. Even the darkish cloud has a silver lining--

#3.Take risks but stay faithful to yourself-----and-----

  2. Good morning, sis. IT'S SNOWING HERE!

I have lots to do today. I'm helping my friend, John, with getting his social security benefits now that he is old enough, the laundry that didn't get done yesterday, cleaning up kitty throw up, etc. Those tasks are between the fun stuff...games on the computer, books on the tablet, and our nap.

Positive vibes are the order of the day...for all of us.

My reply is short, too, but I will be back later to check if you've added anything or done any replies yourself.

Let's all have our minds and emotions help us have a great day! {{{HUGS}}} Love, Maggie

  3. Morning Lynda,
We both must having been thinking the same thing. I also went out yesterday to Kohl's and bought a few things. I bought a couple of sun dresses, a couple pairs of wide leg jeans (yes, they are back ) and a few intimates. I wanted to go a few other places but the sky started looking pretty dark and it was getting windy so I thought I better head back home.
Today it's back to the grind. Workout, laundry, and getting dinner ready.
How nice that son# 2 went to the dance recital for son #1's daughter. Love all the pics.
Have a good breakfast out and enjoy the rest of your day!

    Hugs,
    Jackie
