Happy Easter!

Good morning on this Easter Sunday--darkish---wet out there--I could hear rain falling in the night--EASTER SUNDAY 2026---April the 5th----The wash is done and in the dryer--  Lopez is down here asleep on the leather chair-(which he thinks is his bed--pretty high class dog bed --LOL)--

So below--is me----  holding Charlee, Son#1's wee girl, with Ethan beside me , who is Son #4's son, and who likes to drive Gramma all over (that is me----"Gramma"-and Emma and Ava -Son #3's girls--both in University now)- Funny--It just seems like yesterday that picture was taken--

Below is Emma and Ava again-- with their Dad and Fred, the guy that I married---

and--below---  Andie in the middle--(Son #4's daughter)-with Emma and Ava again--

                                                        such lovely memories--

So, where on earth was I yesterday??--You know, there are days that  I just cannot hold things together--but, by the days end, the day did turn out just fine!---Time avenges all wrongs--and to-day is a new day--I must remember that there is always more to life than what you see--and I must think big thoughts--so so much to learn isn't there, everyday.

Wise words---  always deep thoughts--positive thoughts--#1. Be Humble

#2.When in doubt, mumble and -------#3.train yourself to have better habits

So, ever onward here--I missed you  all yesterday-----It is EASTER___Put on that Easter Bonnet, and get out there to face the day--the world-----and celebrate life----We are alive---

  1. Happy Easter! And when we are feeling lonely, we have only to think on the meaning of Easter to realize we are never alone. I pray for peace for you today and everyday!

  2. Good Morning Lynda,
    Happy Easter!
We have sun here today with temperatures going to make it to the low 50's. But, it is sunny.
We visited my Mom and siblings yesterday for our Easter get together. Round trip there and back in the car is about 5 hours. They are in Ohio and we are in Kentucky. Good to see everyone but it makes for a VERY long day and I was wiped out by the time we got home last night.
I hope you have plans with your family today so you aren't spending Easter alone.
    Wishing you a wonderful day!
    Hugs,
    Jackie

  4. Good morning, sis. I figured you had another very busy day yesterday that wore you out.

Just pasted that meme on my FB page for my friends and family.

'Speaking' of family...you have a big one. Love the photos!

I have a super busy day today. Putting out my garbage/recyclables outside my door. My friend, John, will take them down for me while I am gone to my daughter's.

Still need to wash my hair (again...I perspire lots during the night), figure out what to wear (my son-in-law keeps the hough on the cold side) and clean the car.

On to the busy day, but I will return later.

You have a great day, too! {{{HUGS}}} Love, Maggie

  5. It's' Kathy. Happy Easter Lynda! We have sunshine for now but it's pretty chilly out there. We will be going to church in a bit - later than usual because on Easter Sunday they have 3 services. Love all the photos - isn't it funny how quickly our grandchildren grow up? Have a wonderful day!

  7. Happy Easter! I have been feeling not so good, today, feel weak and achy, so I stayed home from my family Easter, and am glad I did, as my hot water heater has sprung a leak and I will no doubt need a new one, as this one is the original one from at least 23 yrs ago. They said from 4-6. I was going to go back to bed, but I guess not now. They may be able to come earlier. I was just starting a big laundry, bed linens and also regular clothes for the week. I managed to turn off one of the shutoff valves, but don't know where the other is.

I am so glad you have family plans for today! It IS a bit lonely having stayed home.

    I was a little worried about you not seeing a post, but . . . here you are . . . . thank goodness!

Have a happy Easter. It will be just Jason and I and Miss Lilly, but we’ll find plenty to entertain ourselves! LOL
