I thought getting old would have taken longer--

To-day is Monday, April the 20th--no rain falling now--(I think!)--but it was raining earlier--NO SNOW FALLING--(YEAH!!!)--Hopefully I can get to the grocery store--early---The wash is done--ready to hit the dryer--What on earth would I do without the wash machine and dryer in the kitchen here--???---I must turn up the fire-- (Stoke the fire--LOL--as we used to say--cold on the floor)------I shall return in a bit--Remember, to be good to-day is easy--to be great, is difficult--and--to-day, I shall, let life happen.
Lopez is up---waiting to go out--

I shall return---
So, I dd make it to the grocery store--and have put it all way--  The store was practically empty-- which was so good!--so much easier to shop when no=-one is in the store--So--  Are you happy to-day?--

  3. Good morning, Lynda! It is a deep freeze in Ohio! Everything white and frozen this morning! It is high 70’s then we get this! Crazy! I have yard work to do but that will be tomorrow when it is in the 60’s. Yes, Breakfast with Dave sounds like a movie. Like Breakfast at Tiffany’s. You know that movie?? Hope the grocery store went well. I better go get my online order put together. Happy you are driving! Yay! Big hugs!

  6. It's Kathy. Great advice today! I love your 4 things to remember. Simple but so true. Today we have sun shining. I got up with Daisy this morning but she wanted to go bact to bed after she ate - so I went too and slept another hour! Guess my body needed the rest. Yes, my friend is so blessed to have met a man she can love, who loves her back. After my first husband left us I thought "never again" but then I met Tom and he was so good to us. It's been almost 31 years now and we still have some difficult days but mostly we just take care of each other. I was so blessed too! Have a wonderful day. I love seeing all your photos!
