  1. Good morning, sis!

Love the photos, as always...your sons with the number of their birth order and names...precious little girl on a computer!

Lynda, it's our minds as they respond to our emotions that make things. If we keep thinking good thoughts (our mind) then good things come. The things we don't want...just get through them as quickly as we can (i.e. rain, kitty puke, whatever...and find something good (at least I've got a kitty, the rain will bring the flowers, etc) and get back to thinking about the good stuff. Your wise words often follow the Law of Attraction!

It's only 28F here...almost like winter's back! It will reach the low 40sF today, though.

I am ready to do another load of laundry, change the sheets, and who knows what else, but I will make it a good day!

Now I'm going to go back to yesterday's blog to check again for replies. I will be back here at the end of day to check here for them.

I am glad to get your 'positive vibes' here today. {{{HUGS}}} Love, Maggie

  2. Happy Saturday, Lynda! It is cloudy and cooler in Ohio. It says snow tomorrow but I doubt that. I haven’t seen any hummingbirds yet. Lots of birds and geese. It is funny how two of your sons look alike and then the other two. I have laundry going and drinking coffee. My son just called upset. He went for MRI and told it was open machine but it was not. He is a bigger guy and could not make it through the full scan. So I had to comfort him. My ears are buzzing a bit. Other than that, I am happy and I know it. LOL Have a great day! Hugs!

  3. Good Morning!
You sound awful chipper this morning! Good!
Hubby had a Taekwondo tournament to go to this morning so I was up way earlier than I wanted to be today. Saturday is my day to sleep in a little bit. But, I got all my dusting done and most of my laundry done for the day, so I might get out and do a little shopping after I eat breakfast
I like your glasses! It's always hard for me to choose a pair when I get new ones. I used to always wear contacts but since covid when no one was going anywhere and staying home, I have pretty much worn glasses. Easier to deal with.

    Have a wonderful day!
    Hugs,
    Jackie

  5. Under the porch or up a tree? LOL! Love the new glasses, Lynda, and the photos! Always great memory photos.

We had a really mild week, then woke up to a chill morning. Next week, the sprinkler guys come on Wednesday, so you know they think we're done with the hard freezes, at least. Spring flowers are blooming here, so you are not too far behind. A couple of weeks before it's "all rain, no more snow"?

Have a good weekend and week ahead!

  6. Hi Lynda, it's Kathy. Today I will be going to my Pilates class at the gym - I've been trying to make myself go on a Saturday morning for a few weeks now and today is the day! That song is one my children learned in Sunday School - or probably Vacation Bible School. It goes on to say "stomp your feet" then "shout Hoo-Ray" and the last verse you "do all three". It gets the kiddos reved up to start class. No rain here - yet - but oh so cold. Yesterday started in the high 60's and today it's in the high 20's! What a disappointment!!! Have a great day!

  7. Lots of rain the past several days here! I think all the little seedling Spruce trees I planted got drowned out and are dying.....so much work to dig the holes and plant them....makes me sad, but oh well, life goes on so no regrets, right?! Thankful for the little things, like that the sun is shining today and I got a good night's sleep, and I am planning on finding time to do my walking exercises today! Hope your rain stops and the sun shines on you today!

  8. Good morning Lynda, I hope your day shines as brightly as you are this morning. You've had a busy morning, but it's your regular routine. Yes, your rain is far better than snow. You know, because of the temperate weather where I live, I have hummingbirds year round. There's a male hummer than believes he owns the feeder, so he chases the others away, but they manage to sneak in and get a drink. I don't know what your plans are for the remainder of the day, but I do remember that you and Dave will be going to breakfast tomorrow, so that's exciting.
