ReplyDeleteMY dear friend Lynda in an answer to yesterday you saying that you hope the grandkids would pay for me to go see them they will never do that they are way to much like their mother they only care about the drugs and themselves this is another reason I will not make the effort to go my boys could and would take me if I really wanted to go. They live in South Carolina and I live in Arizona
Congratulations to Hanna this is a fantastic accomplishment you all must be so proud of her
Quote for today
There are only two mistakes one can make along the road to truth; not going all the way, and not starting.

ReplyDeleteCongratulations to Hannah on graduating from college. That's awesome! Is she going into a certain field of work?
It's another hot and steamy day here in the Cincy metro area. It's 8:45 AM and it's already almost 80F. We have a chance of rain which will make it even steamier. I do think a little bit of a cool down is on the way for tomorrow and then a nice weekend that's rain free.
That's so cute about Lopez checking to see if you are watching him. My cats do that sometimes.
I need to get a workout in and then I have a mani/pedi this afternoon.
Have a wonderful day!
Hugs,
Jackie

ReplyDeleteHappy Thursday, Lynda! We are in a heat advisory in Ohio. Congrats to sweet Hannah! Yes, Fred is very proud watching from up above. We are going the next town over to shop, eat lunch and go into a little bakery I have wanted to go to. We have yardwork and powerwashing to do but not in the heat advisory. I will sip iced coffee and shop. LOL. There’s always tomorrow. Oh! I made it 40 minutes half way to the softball game to see my granddaughter but couldn’t do the rest. It was a narrow country road full of tractor trailers and amish buggies. It was terrible! I told my husband let’s go home. I was sad. He is going to a game next week. I hope you had a great day! Big hugs!
ReplyDeleteWow--a heat advisory-- wish we were-- but it isn't bad here-- i have the AC on--need it==Yes Hannah graduated--so happy for her!-Well yu tried to see your Grand Daughter-- Good for yu--Lynda

DeleteHi Lynda, fantastic news about Hannah. I hope her hard work pays off for her. College grads here in the States are having a difficult time finding a job. The rain will be good for you newly planted grass. Be careful driving in the rain to join the other ladies for breakfast. Nice for a change that you'll be eating with a group. Warming up here in California, but no humidity in the forecast, thank goodness. Enjoy the day Lynda, you deserve it.
ReplyDeleteMaureen from California
Oh Maureen--I hope she finds a job--Hannah has worked so hard at University----=Good to hear from YU--Lynda
DeleteYes Hannah worked hard to put herself thru her schooling-Lynda
DeleteIt's Kathy. I love the first meme - yes, I write so I know what to think! Perfect. Tom is healing but I think I finally convinced him that there's nothing urgent that needs to be done until he's feeling better. Today his mouth is a little swollen but that's exactly what the paper says will happen on the 3rd day, so he's doing pretty well. Congratulations on your granddaughter's graduation. Yes, I'm sure Fred is smiling down on her with such great pride! I remember that he did love his grandchildren! We have rain here too - they predicted it this morning but I was hoping to get outside before it rained. I did not make it! It's coming down so lightly, maybe it will stop before evening! Have a wonderful day and thanks for sharing your family with us - I love all the smiling grandchildren.
ReplyDeleteKathy--I think Fred is watching over us all--=I hope--Lynda
DeleteHard to have Dental Surgery--Takes time to heal--The Grandkids are certainly special--LOL--I love them so much--Lynda
ReplyDeleteHope Tom's mouth heals--Lynda
ReplyDeleteWomen DO make the world go round, add sanity, add compassion, add loving to this ol’ world, which can use lots much of EVERY ONE of those things.

Love the blasts! All the wonderful kids at Christmas!
I need to be brief cuz in a few minutes I need to leave for the VA Hospital for an appointment at 10. I may come back with another comment when I return.
Oh! Wise words...I have, since a young teen, followed my intuition. I learned that if an idea or action makes me doubt or feel 'off', I don't go with it. {{{HUGS}}} Love, Maggie
Love the opening meme! It's also why I blog!
