Listen To Your Heart--It Knows!

Listen to your  HEART--It knows--
--To-day is Saturday, Mareh 14th--

Yesterday I attended another workshop  on grief--The women who lead it were the same people who gave us a workshop here a few months go, at the Hospital-- Yesterday, the  workshop began at 9am--continued until 3pm--lunch was provided--It was well attended---and it was good to be with people who had lost a loved one  also--like myself--They had pointers to share with the group on how they dealt with their loss- and -their  loneliness, and the leaders told us that we all deal with grief in different ways--and that dealing with grief is very normal--
The Leaders shared with us all, that having grief in our lives--is normal, and  there are many ways to deal with it.---It does help to hear others speaking on ways they were  continuing on with their lives.

I came back home here in a snow storm--and I think it continued all night----Son#1 drove me out to his house for supper--  which was  so good of him--also drove me back home --on a very snowy highway.--AND- I hear that we are going to have  a few more feet of snow to-day----So it seems that Spring has not sprung here in the north--yet!--a few"Blasts from the Past below--
                                    #1. Allison and her dog__Tyson
above--  Son#2 the Pilot--, Allison's son, Son#1, Allison and Son#3
Below--my family --with my Mom and Dad, sisters and brothers
Wise Words I wish I had written-
so----remember---
-#1.Try to make every day extraordinary-
#2. You can't try to do things--You simply must do things--
#3.-It takes courage to attempt new things.
So so much advice--which I must listen to also--some days are easier than others--I do find, being with people , help me through each day--getting out of the house--proceed as if I'm not afraid--Taking all the help I can get--and--understand what I really have to do to survive in life!
