Keep calm-- ADAPT. CARRY ON.

                                            -and-----WE HAVE RAIN--thunder storms   also-
But-----  It IS going to be a good day---I just feel it in my bones--AND-==-I HAVE ALREDY CHANGED THE BED--Yeahhhhhh!-----AND_----=  Yesterday I bought flowers for around the door here AND --they are looking good--

When I move from here---  (end of July)--I can take the flowers with me--AND the chair--which is from Dollarama--  Our daughter came back with the chair when she was visiting here----FROM THE DOLLAR STORE-  (Who would ever think one could buy a chair there?)--

I HAVE A BANDAGE ACROSS MY NOSE--FROM THE VERY TERRIBLE  FALL, YESTERDAY-Lordy Be! And a head injury bleeds forever--exactly what happened this AM ., when I removed the bandage across the bridge of my nose.-There is no skin on the bridge of my nose--Whatta crazy fall--I just went, "SMACK" --flat--- down onto the carpet--I think my slipper got twisted and I took a step--=and -==-DOWN I WENT--

                                                                I guess I am there---

-Life doesn't get easier as we age I guess--WE MUST ADAPT--and there are no instructions how to do this--It can be a problem~~
---Anyway--I hope that you are "up and at-er"-----Try not to get reclusive and weird---and try very hard to stay "upright"-----
I hope that your day goes well--Somedays one must just make your dy go well--=  like the children in the picture below--This was Hannah, Son#2's little girl who didn't give a fig  about the wee fella beside her!  Her day was going to go well--or else!!--(a blast from the past!)-

  2. Just be careful that your nose isn’t broken! I fell in hospital when Jason was a patient. Smack on the tile floor. Hit my right eyebrow VERY hard, and LOTS of blood. 10 stitches later . . . lord. But it’s healing now. JUST TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF

    hugs and healing

  3. It's Kathy. Love the picture of your granddaughter. Yes, she was having a great day! We've gone from the high 80's to the mid-50's today. It's gloomy and very windy. I should try and pick up all the leaves and branches that came down with the storms yesterday but I'm thinking a nap sounds better! Didn't sleep very well last night. Daisy is lying by me in my office just snoring away - sure wish I could sleep like Daisy. Your flowers look lovely! And yes, it's amazing what a person can buy at the Dollar Store these days.

  5. Your chair and flowers look very cheerful outside the door. I'll bet they make you smile every time you see them.

Your poor nose; hopefully you can use those 'non-stick' bandaids or something ... thank goodness you did not hit any harder or you might have wound up with two black eyes and we'd have to call you "Bruiser." I rarely take a fall, but when I do I take aceteminophin or naproxen pretty quickly; helps with the muscle pain from hitting the ground and I suppose tensing up the muscles. I do take one Aleve right before I go to the gym to meet my trainer on Tuesday ... he and I are both careful, but a fun fact I learned is that diabetics generally have more pain and take longer to heal from the micro-tears that happen as part of the muscle-building process.

That's a cute picture of your grand-daughter; does she still have that zest for life? I sure hope so.

    Happy Friday!
