"Good Morning " to everyone who celebrates it!!

Good morning to you all--  We have sunshine--  It seems to be hiding right now---Hopefully it will come back out. This morning, I opened the blinds in the living room, and sitting on our vehicle, was a beautiful red cardinal-
-  Yes, every single day we can choose FUN over Stress--HAPPY over sad--and LOVE over Fear--EVERY DAY!

To-day it will be 25 and sunny, so I just heard on the radio here------------What more could we ask for?

To-day I have an appointment with the Opthamologist, in Peterborough----  I have a Driver to take me  from the Community Centre across the road--It is a great service provided for Seniors--For a small fee someone will take me there, wait for me, and bring me home--Amazing! This is just a checkup to see how the Lazar treatment that the Doctor had done about a month ago, is doing.

A Blast from the Past-- a  couple of them. Isn't it fun to look at pictures which were taken many years ago, in your life?--
Here is Son#2's daughter (beside me) and Jacob, our daughter's son who now is finishing up high school in Ohio.

Son #2's daughter who is now finished LAW at University  in Ottawa---and below, Himself and I at a wedding reception--
Fun eh , to look back--

So, How is your day going?-Are you happy?? It is a new day---

Do NOT stress out--Stay Positive --

  2. Hi Lynda, it's Kathy. How wonderful that you have a driver to take you to Peterborough, wait for you and take you home. I wonder what I would do if I were to lose Tom - he drives me so many places. I'm good if it's only around 10 miles and little freeway driving but I don't like the way people drive on the freeways! Too many crazy drivers! Daisy is finally starting to be herself and we're giving her some of her milk bones now - which she loves! We have rain today and I'm actually glad. I've been working so hard to get my garden ready to plant, it's nice to have a day off. I really wanted to stay in bed this morning but I had Pilates - and now that I'm done I'm really glad I went! Good luck today! I'm choosing Fun, Happiness, and Love today!

  3. Yes, I'm happy! I got to leave work early to get a filling at the dentist, (though I don't enjoy being there), and don't have to go back to work until Thursday. Tomorrow is my 67th bday and I am taking the day off (most coworkers do), and I will take myself out to eat and to see a movie! I know best what I want, and I've done so ever since my husband passed. There's no one else here to treat me, though my bf treated me to Red Lobster this last Sunday. We drove to Zanesville and Roseville Ohio to visit my dad's grave (I've visited him twice, which is more than I ever got to see him live, which was once, haha).

  4. Hi, sis.
I am glad you have a ride to Peterborough. We have similar services here. My Car Care driver took me and brought me home from the Veterans' Hospital. My MRI for a cyst on my pancreas is done and my hearing aids are fixed. The Audiologist gave me new supplies, too.
We have rain here...all day long. Between that and the haze from the fires, visibility for driving is not good at all.
The photos are great. Looks like you were laughing at the wedding reception one. Love that!
Love the first meme especially. Right along with the Law of Attraction teachings...we choose how we feel. And we need to choose joy whenever we can.
I am beat after my busy morning and early afternoon. I'm gonna see if Lucky will nap with me. I will check back later

  6. You are in inspiration to me. Going thru a rough patch w/DH's health, but keeping my chin up and finding at least one thing to be joyful about in each day.

    Love the photos.

  7. What a wonderful way to start out the day, with seeing that cardinal. You know what they say when you see cardinals, is that in folklore and spiritual traditions, seeing a cardinal is often interpreted as a sign of a loved one who has passed away and it's believed that the cardinal is a messenger from the other side, indicating that your loved ones are nearby and watching over you. Additionally, cardinals can symbolize hope, joy, and a connection to the spiritual realm. So when you are feeling down, remember that your loved ones are close by.
