Good Sunday morning, dear Lynda! High 60 in Ohio today! I’m telling you, get to Medina fast! Perfect ice cream weather! We can celebrate Matt’s birthday! LOL! Drinking coffee and then I will get my bed linens to the wash, too! Have a marvelous Matt birthday! Tell him Happy Birthday and hugs to you!
ReplyDeleteTank yu for writing--I shall tell matt that yu said hello--bad bad weather here--Lynda
DeleteGood morning, sis!
ReplyDeleteIt's snowing here already, too. Weather app says it will go on all day. I don't see snow falling looking out my big window, though. We did not have any fresh snow for Christmas.
It may just be a day to stay in. You have a doggie to walk, however. I may place a grocery order for delivery at my favorite grocery store. Seems to me, with all the conveniences we have now, we've gotten lazy.
Love your photos! You may have more on your hard drive than I do. And your new necklace is just perfect!
Please wish Matt a MOST happy birthday from your friend in Minnesota.
{{{HUGS}}} Love, Maggie (and Lucky)
Wow Maggie--so good go see yu up and at-er so early--freezing rain outside --afraid of the ice-- LyndA
DeleteGood Morning Lynda,
ReplyDeleteWith the weather you are describing, it sounds like it might be a good day to stay inside and stay warm and safe.
It's 60 degrees here, which is crazy, and very overcast and dark. Then tomorrow temperatures will plunge to the 30's. Crazy weather.
I am staying home today and working on getting caught up with everything.
We drove 5 hours round trip to my sister's to our Christmas get together with my Mom and siblings. It was nice to see everyone but that is a long time on the road for one day. I was wiped out when we got home.
Anyway, Happy Birthday to your son and Have a good day!
Hugs,
Jackie
Jackie- Hava safe Trip tomorrow--The weather is not good around here--Lynda
DeleteGood morning Lynda, sending Happy Birthday wishes to Matt. I hope he is at home to celebrate with his wife and daughter. I'm glad that you shared a photo of the necklace you received with a photo of Fred and some of his ashes. He'll always be close to your heart and go where you go. It's sunny today, but we have another big rain storm coming, beginning on New Year's Eve and continuing for a week. All of the people participating in and attending the famous Rose Parade in Pasedena are going to get soaked. Stay inside today and put Lopez in the backyard to do his business.
DeleteMaureen from California
Wow Maureen--SOUNDS LIKE THE WEATHER WILL BE BAD FOR THE Rose Parade --It is always on our TV too--I shall tell Son#2 that you wrote--He will like that-- Bad weather here to-day--Lynda
DeleteHappy Birthday to your son be very safe in the weather stay in and stay warm

Hi Lynda
ReplyDeleteI like pilot sons hat......quite dapper.
Your necklace is very unique and certainly special.
But, your weather sounds horrible.
It's hot (shorts and tshirts) in St.Louis today BUT storms and winds are moving in. It's currently 70F....by morning 20F. That wild swing in temps is a set up for a tornado or hail. Thats quite a bowling ball coming through.
Hoping you stay in and don't venture out in the ice.
Hugs
Marge
Hi Lynda, Happy Birthday to Matt, and everybody, stay safe there!
ReplyDeleteLike people have said, it's currently 57 degrees here, but tomorrow it is supposed to plunge to 32 and winds up to 50 mph. That's Ohio for you!
Marti
Hi Lynda, it's Kathy. It's my birthday too and we also have quite the snowstorm going on with lots of wind. I'm happy to be staying in the house today, reading a book. We went out for dinner last night and have leftovers for dinner tonight. Two nights of not cooking!!! What a birthday present to me! Have a lovely day and stay warm.
