Enjoy what you have to do!

It is February 26th--no sun--looking like it may snow (Ohhhhh  No!!) I am up--the washer is chugging away--My pills have been sorted out--They arrive in a "pill pack"--which seems to tear apart and I spend a great deal of time crawling around on the kitchen floor trying to retrieve them before Lopez gets to them--I do not like these pill packs , which I have to pay for--and are made of paper-(Why not just give me a bottle of whatever?)---To-day I shall ask Dr. Amir why I have to have the pill pack--why not just the bottles of whatever--and I will sort them all out.

Anyway, do you feel beautiful to-day??--I hope so! My appointment with the Dr is at 10-20am--I might feel beautiful by then--hope so----I will try anything once----and I try to remember to adapt--not perish--I shall ask the Dr for advice on these pill packs--Do any of you use them?

So, I shall return--- In the meantime, some Blasts from the past--

I must move the wash to the dryer--and get on with the day here-- Are you feeling strong??-----remember--a big head means a big headache.-- Remember also, to ask for what you want.--and, do not quit trying, in trying times!-- and remember, that,  your head must take your heart into consideration  when making decisions----

I shall return---  in the meantime, keep the home fires burning, and-enjoy what you have to do!

  1. Good morning, Lynda! It is sunny in Ohio. It will be 52 tomorrow. I think just cut each pill pack open and put them in a pill divider case. Open each one and set them up for several days. That way, no hassle of bottles to hand divide. Keep the packs. Just my opinion. I hope you have a lovely day! Hugs!

    1. 52 sounds like Heaven to me--LOL---no sun here--overcast--dark and dismal--I go go the Dr for 10-20am--so I must start the car soon--little Lopez will be alone here--This pill package is like a pill divider case--but made of pAper and the paper tears-- kinda a huge nuisance-- Fred used to use it and never complained--but--I do not like it! --Anyway--=Enjoy the sun there!-Lynda

  2. Morning Lynda,
We are getting snow; big beautiful flakes. It's not sticking to the road, just the trees and bushes and it looks so beautiful and peaceful. Especially when there are bright red cardinals flying about.

I hope the Dr. is able to get you a better solution than the pill packs. You definitely don't want Lopez or Sushi to get your medicines. That would be bad.
Sounds like you may need the shovel boys again if you are getting that much snow.
Be careful out there and have a good day!

    Hugs,
    Jackie

  3. Good morning, sis!

It's a beautiful blue sky day here. The temp is to rise to 42F. I hope it's not another 'false spring.'

You must wash clothes every day. Wish I could do that.

I don't feel beautiful yet, but I am going for a hair cut and style today. THEN I will feel beautiful.

My comment yesterday didn't post. I emailed to myself to re-post if it didn't (It actuallly tells us to do that because, "sometimes comments don't post.") I re-posted it AFTER you had already made your
    comments ;-(

My friend, John, borrowed my vacuum. After he does his apartment, he says he'll do mine, too.

I am determined to go to karaoke Saturday and wear my wig. W'll see if it happens.

I'll be back later, too, Lynda. Oh...how did Sushi do at the vet? {{{HUGS}}} Love, Maggie

  4. It's Kathy. I get my pills in bottles, usually 3 month's supply. But this last time I had to ask for non-childproof caps because my hands aren't as strong as they used to be. I didn't know if that was possible but they did it for me. So much better. So yes, ask your doctor to not have the pill packs any more, I'm sure they'll accommodate you! We have a beautiful day here today and a bit warmer than the last few days. I do hope it continues! Oh, I wanted to share a Daisy story. She can no longer jump onto our bed but she likes to lay there waiting for me while I shower. A few days ago there she was on the bed - she figured out that if she stared at my husband long enough he would understand that she wanted help to get on the bed! Clever little girl! Have a good day!
