The Hokey Pokey Clinic-a place go turn yourself around.-

Holy Cow--It is Tuesday, Feb, 3rd-AND NO SNOW IS                             FALLING__but--It really feels cold outside!---I just "broom-ed" off the car-and it is covered in snow--AGAIN!!----must've fallen overnight--with a rain mix------as there is ice on the wind shield---Wouldn't it be so nice to see sun and hear birds singing--with green grass-----and "NO" Snow-?????

So, I always loved that "Hokey Pokey" clinic--  where you can turn yourself around--That would be the best!!
So, after trying to de-ice the car---  I am now meeting Dave for breakfast at 11am--The two boys with no job,  shovelled the driveway for me--plus the pen---
So, pictures from the past--which make us who we are to-day--
Above---Matt --Son#2 , with Hannah-
and Miss Hannah with her stuffed toy--
Hannah again--=Can yu tell that she was our first Grandchild??
Allison, Matt, and Andrew, --  The first summer we moved to Elliot Lake
So, I hope all is well with you all to-day--Try to keep your soul young-and, if you think you can, you can!-and ---be kind to animals--
Have a good day--Remember that anyone can be happy in good times, but only the strong can be happy in bad times.---So--  Get to that Hokey Pokey Clinic if you need to turn yourself around. Hug your children --and your Grandchildren--and your husband--

  1. Good Morning Lynda,
No new snow here yet, but it's coming in the next hour or so. They are calling for 3-5 inches starting around 8 am and lasting till about 3pm. Schools in the are have already been cancelled. There are a lot of school bus riders in our area. I do have an appointment today at 2:30 so we'll see how that pans out.
Spring is coming, it's just has a bit to go before it gets here. Soon enough we will be complaining about how hot it is. (lol)
Wishing you a snow free day! Enjoy!

    Hugs,
    Jackie

  3. Hi Lynda! It will be high 27 in Ohio today. A heatwave for sure! I have lots of birds at my feeders but no green grass. Lots of snow so won’t see the grass for a long while. I hope Allison and her family are doing well. So hard I know! Every time my nephew comes to visit he goes shopping at the antique mall in Medina. LOL. I hope you have a great day! Hugs!

  4. Good morning, sis.

Yes, it would be great to see green grass, leaves on trees (and lilacs) and all that goes with it. That weather is coming, it's just taking its time.

Have a great day, Lynda. I will be back to see if you've had time to add to this. {{{HUGS}}} Love, Maggie.

  6. It's Kathy. I love that last photo and yes, how does it happen so fast! We have sunshine again today and it does seem to be warming up. I went to Pilates today for the first time in.couple of weeks and it went well. But things are changing so much at the gym. I was covered under my insurance but this year I have to pay for it myself. So far it's okay but there's so many other things we need! Maybe I'll stop in the spring when I can start walking with Daisy again! I hope you had a really great breakfast!

  7. Hi, that ole snow, eh? We're supposed to get 1-3" on Friday, morning, but it's warmer now, it almost feels balmy by comparison, haha. Luckily I only live 3 minutes from work now.

I am finally back to being HAPPY! I finally (I think) mastered the new photo editing software by studying a whole bunch on the weekend, and all my pictures today came out fantastic! I was so so happy! Yesterday a few of them came out all wonky, pixelated, and small, but I think I figured out why. The girl who seems to know more about it was trying to teach me the way ShE does it, but I don't do it that way. I'll just continue to do it MY way. I don't know why I don't trust my own beliefs and think everyone else is right and I am wrong.

I dropped off the dog to be groomed today, so I had to leave him by 8:30, so this meant I had to get up super early to get there, but I made it, barely. And he looks so nice now, and smells ever so much better!
