I hope something good happens for you Today!

A brand new morning--and here we are--A PART OF IT!

                                                                How special is that??

I hear that Son #1 is on the road, with his dancing daughter, and wife--  heading North to Elliot Lake--I think  they may run into snow--I hope that it will not be bad driving for them!

So, to-day, I need to think positive thoughts--  I guess we all should  think positive thoughts-I will not allow myself to fall  into the depths of despair--After all, , I do have an angel  in Heaven to watch over me--HIMSELF-----(He is probably having a fit up there--wondering what on earth I am, doing with all the tears!)--

Are you feeling strong to-day--ready to handle everything that comes yer way??-Some days are  more difficult than others-            --Remember what is always there for you!

Women always have "stuff" to do=

So, I guess, put on yer bet "Bib and Tucker", and get outside and tell the world that you are in it--It does look like rain here (NOT SNOW!) --  I must work on our taxes--and get them filed--  Have you all already done that?--There is always paper work to do--bills to pay--a dog to walk---so, I must get at it---mom usd to say, "There is no rest for the wicked!"-(-My Mom was a very strong person!--was yours?)

                -        And there is always groceries  to buy--That is an endless chore, isn't it? ,

  3. Safe travels to son #1 and family.

Yes, absolutely Himself is your angel in heaven watching over you. And he wouldn’t want you to be overly-sad.

Ohhhhh, my Mom was definitely a strong woman, as was my paternal grandmother. Fantastic role models! As Mom said, “Never take guff from anyone.” And believe me, she NEVER did.

    Hugs and blessings

  4. Hi Lynda, it's Kathy. My day hasn't been the best so far. I guess I didn't sleep very well last night - too many thoughts rolling around inside my brain. So I thought I'd check in with you before I go lay down for a bit to see if I can feel strong enough to make dinner tonight! Yesterday afternoon we went to Costco and brought home a rotisserie chicken - no cooking and I loved that! We have sunshine today but it's so windy! I hope your day is a good one - you always make me feel better!

  5. Hi Lynda: Hope you're feeling better. Yes, remember Fred is always looking out for you. Make some more of your hour goals to continue to get out more to see things/people to get to know more people and see where there are groups you can join or places to volunteer. Have a good day. Brenda

  6. Oh, those endless chores! I was so beat today that I nodded off on the couch for part of the afternoon. Did NOT get some of the things done that I might have, but some days you just have to take it a little slower than others!

  7. I can't find my comment, and you have already read these. Darn!
My mother was very strong. She worked 'on the line' in the factory building Oldsmobiles for 20 years or more, in addition to being a fantastic mother. Her mom was a 'cook' in lots of restaurants in Lansing, Michigan. From them I learned to love reading, cooking, poetry and music.
Got my new car. I am sure I told you about that in my earlier comment that I can't find now.
I'm exhaused with all the activity yesterday and today.
I trust you are feeling better. You didn't mention any symptoms today. I figure that's good. Off for ice cream and bed, sis. {{{HUGS}}} Love, Maggie
