  1. Good morning
Cute inserts, thanks. You always brighten my day.
Always lots to do and now you have even more to do prepping for your move home. You'll get it all worked out just like last time.
Enjoy your Bingo job this evening.
Big hugs, love and prayers. Stay strong and positive!

  2. Good morning, Lynda! Happy Monday! I go to the dentist for a cleaning at noon. It is a sunny day in Ohio. Your move will be so much easier this time. It will go well! I see the pilot. I am too scared to fly or trains or anything out of my control. Can’t do it. That is a beautiful photo of you! I hope you have a wonderful week! Tommy will be 2 on Friday so a wee party! Bring Sushi and Lopez! LOL! Hugs!

  3. Good morning, sis!
We are due to get severe weather...viscious thunder storms...on and off starting soon.
I placed an online grocery order for delivery between 12 and 1 PM. Hope it will still be okay then. The bad stuff has already begun in 'the cities.' (St Paul and Minneapolis).
Chores to do here as always.
Love the photo of your son with his plane. AND I saved that last meme! How true!
Love all that stuff that lady does, too. And my kitty. You know how we adore our pets.
Hope you get at least one estimate for moving. Remember the piano!
Love the photo of you back in the day, too. Your hair was your natural color then? I haven't done any color stuff in years, but have thought of it.
On to what the day brings, Lynda. Let's all make it a great one! {{{HUGS}}} Love, Maggie

  4. Hi Lynda, it's Kathy. We had our first major thunderstorm this morning. Thankfully the rain has stopped and won't come back until later this afternoon. I have a doctor's appointment in 45 minutes and sure didn't want to drive in a thunderstorm. It was a loud one too! This afternoon they are warning of possible tornadoes. We haven't had that in years! So when I get home I'll make sure all the flashlights are working, the phones are charged, and that Daisy is ready to be inside for a few hours! I am also making a list of all the projects that need to be taken care of this summer - now that I am finally able to actually do the work! It spins around in Tom's head but I like to write it down so I don't have to think about it all the time! Have a wonderful day!

  5. Congrats on your upcoming move! I kind of lost track and had to go digging all the way to Friday to find that you pulled off finding a place back in Elliott Lake! Been a little slammed here and worn out from too much peopling! Happens every Spring!

Anyway, good luck, and I hope that your return to the space that speaks "home" to you is smooth and brings a peaceful heart to you and hopefully Lopez and Sushi, too.

  6. Good Morning Lynda. It is a beautiful day here so far and I'm preparing to go to the park and walk. It's a bit cool, but not bad at all. We have all those storms everyone on here is talking about. They will be here probably later on, or early this evening. We need the rain, but I hope it doesn't rain so much that we have flooding in the basement again. Well I'm off to go walking while it is warm. Enjoy your day! Also good luck with finding a suitable mover/moving company.

  7. Hi Lynda, this move will be so much easier than the last one…. after all, you’ve done a lot of the donating and tossing already. Right now, you may want to right-size more by weeding out stuff that you moved but haven’t and probably will never use. We ALL have a surplus of that lol!
Just a bit every day will keep you busily productive. Happy for you!

  9. Another cool Spring day here on my mountain valley desert ... mix of cloud and sun, constant breeze, high 70F, low 45F. No rain predicted today, so I spent forty or so minutes in the front yard with the weed-whacker. We get many many weeds and most have stickers. I've had a bit of the respiratory stuff making the rounds, so couldn't get out to hula hoe last week, so had to get out the big-gun weed-whacker before the 'pretty purple flowers' reseeded ... they have wicked stickers.

Hope you get a reasonable quote or two for the move back to Elliot. Hopefully, as someone mentioned, you can pare down a little more before the move...it's amazing the things we have but don't use in our homes. Once you're back there, will you be able to fly over and do little visits with Matt or your daughter every year? I drive over to see my New Mexico aunt and uncle every year; expensive, but he is my last uncle living and was always my favorite uncle when I was a child.

    Happy Monday!!
