I have been walking Lopez down to this beach every morning--
If you look closely, you will see the hills in the distance---
Right now, I am still living in the trailer----well, the Motor Home, which the dog and cat have adjusted to very well-Slowly I will get them used to the new Townhouse , but for now--to-day, they seems happy here--away from the chaos of the -unpacked boxes etc--I went to visit the townhouse yesterday and I like it--SO HAPPY THAT I LIKE IT!-----It has possibilities--- AND A LOVELY YARD--
Elliot Lake is amazing-- People recognize me--are happy that I returned--AS I AM TOO! This is home!----
So, "Hold yer horses" as Dad used to say--and life will return to normal soon--(well the blog will return --ha ha)----- just takes a bit more time--- -and pictures will be posted of this place--
I miss yu all--a lot--- Please write--- --- Be strong--stronger than you ever believed you could be!--That is what living in to-day's world requires--
"YOUR" voice definitely CAN change the world!--Speak up!!!

ReplyDeleteAnd no, there is no place like home! I've lived in my home 43 years now but when I go into South Minneapolis, where I grew up, that still feels like home to me! Kathy

So glad you are there, walking and seeing folks that you know, too, that is terrific! All will fall into place gradually! Enjoy the heck out of it!
ReplyDeleteWelcome home, hoping your resettlement brings you the joy you richly deserve.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos, sis!
ReplyDeleteYou are so happy...and I am happy that you are! And the pets, too...that's a bonus.
You'll be in the townhouse soon and again have unpacking and sorting out to do. Enjoy these days of leisure.
I had a fantastic time today at the Minnesota Zoo with my daughter and grandson...and no nap. It may be early to bed tonight. So many animals! We also went to 2 shows. One was sea lions, one was all kinds of birds. My daughter bought me 2 red pandas. One is little and hugs my arm so I can carry him around. I am no 79 years old.
So happy you're happy. I know I said that already, but I'm saying that again. {{{HUGS}}} Love, Maggie.
The beach is lovely, Lynda! How do you like living in the motor home? Take some pics, I'd love to see it! How fun! Like camping!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait until you get settled in to the townhome! :)
Strong? I'm afraid I've been a little TOO strong lately. At work, I lift and handle heavy old stereo receivers, sewing machines, DVR's, and the like, and my back has been killing me lately, but those are the things that I like to work with. Perhaps I'll just have to lay low from those a bit! I bought a back brace for right now, and I've completed my chores for the weekend, and so I shall just relax this weekend! I also worked on my car. I took it to the car wash and then washed all the interior windows and scraped all the tree sap off with my nails. I was parking under a very messy tree this spring and it made a complete mess of my car, but it's been too miserable outside to do anything. Today and yesterday were wonderful, low 70's and no humidity!
Anyway, carry on! Remember to have fun while you are doing it all!
