One Day at a time!

 It is Friday, November 21st-- a bit over a month , till Christmas-

I just had a phone call from Son#2 , who is now in Zurich, Switzerland---flew all night---He says he hears the music from , "The Sound of Music""------"The hills are alive with the sound of music""--even sang that last sentence to me--the sound of music ---song------

He says the weather is a lot like here-

Yesterday I stopped at the clinic--had the sutures removed from my hair line--Thy have not told me yet if  what they cut out was malignant or not--  There were only 2 sutures--So, I think I have had all the tests done that the Doctor had ordered when I returned to Elliot Lake from Lakefield where I did not have a Doctor--Man oh man, when one does not have a Doctor, your body just falls apart!
It is 7-10am--still quite dark here--just beginning to see a bit of light-- Lopez must be walked

So, I hope your day goes well--Remember--

Mom and Dad always told me that----
Remember--#1.. ""If you do not feel old. Then you are not___ 
#2. The smallest deed iS better than the grandest intention--
$3.-At the end,  we all mend!
and Lopez and I best "hit the road"--

    Good morning
    Switzerland sounds like a fabulous place to visit.
    I imagine your spot on head is fine or more follow up would have been scheduled. At least I hope so.
    Thank you for the words of wisdom and inserts.

      Hi Maggie--sun here but cold--lotza rain--no snow--YET--There will be tho--Yes no follow up yet but I assume there will be if there is the "C" word----Busy days these days--I will be happy when all is done --the pictures are not hung yet--other than that--all is going well--but--this place is tiny-- Son#$2 will e coming before Xmas--That should be fin!!----I feel win ter is close tho--=BRRR__ HUgs to yu--Lynda

    Good morning, sis.
    I forgot to check before I did this for comments on yesterday's blog. I told you all about my esophagus procedure.
    I am glad you are done with yours. Mine went well, but they took several samples to test for...(I don't want to think of it). Did some dilation, too.
    Love the photos!!! Such a wonderful family you have! Too bad your daughter wasn't with the group.
    It's cold here, too. Just 25F. My weather app shows no snow due 'til next Tuesday.
    I have several chores today. Kinda took the day off yesterday as I was all doped up when I got home from the hospital.
    Saved that 'think for yourself' meme. I already shared it on FB.
    Better get on them, sis. I'll check back later, of course.

    Good afternoon, Lynda! Hope your day is going well. It is cloudy and 49 in Ohio. I just took a Sadie break and went out and grabbed an iced coffee. I must carry on after this break. Gosh, you should hear soon about your head. It’s been awhile now. The unknown is stressful. Hope you hear very soon! Love your pics today. The pilot always checks in. So nice of him. Enjoy your day!
