Good morning--=- just up here--  between 5am and 6am--I  shall try to add another blog  to this later on in the  day-- Fred is OK--  well, something very wrong , but I do not know what yet--He is still in hospital--but  a lot better-- Tests are being done but I do not have the results yet--I think the Drs are still trying to figure it  all out--something very wrong in his lungs--He is way better than he was --but--- why this all happened, we do not know---  -

He seems happy in hospital and he is breathing much better plus he is on a high dosage of antibiotics by IV----  Son#2 and I go over to the hospital twice a day-To-day I plan on going only once----I have been leaving little Lopez alone in the apartment--not crating him and he doesn't get so cold in the car---

I am so sorry not to have blogged yesterday--just trying to get used to being alone in this apartment---  I shall read all your comments from yesterday--and get ready to get into Peterborough again--I do miss yo all  wish you were here for company--- I promise to  add another blog laster on today --to keep yu all posted--BE STRONG- --YOU NEED TO BE STRONG WOMEN____ believe me!---Lynda

  6. It's Kathy. I am happy to hear that Fred is feeling better. I checked late last night and will admit to being a little worried. I do hope the Doctors can figure out what is wrong so he can go home again. Just know that we are all here and sending you as much positive energy as we can. Fred is in good hands and you still need to take care of yourself. After my back surgery last August I told my husband to just stay home with little Daisy until they were ready to let me go home! I'm also glad Son #2 is there to help you.

  7. Good morning Lynda, I was relieved to see a post from you this morning and happy to hear that Fred is responding to the antibiotics. With double pneumonia he'll probably remain in the hospital for several more days. As much as you are lonely alone in the apt., I know you want him to be completely well before he comes home. Remember to take good care of yourself Lynda. You are Wonder Woman.

  8. Lynda, so happy to 'hear' from you. At Himself's age, we know it will happen someday. I'm glad it's not now!
You saying you have been leaving Lopez in the apartment but he doesn't get so cold in the car. Are you going to take him with you today?
Glad Matt is there. Have any of the other kids shown up?
It must be different for you to be in the apartment without him. You must have free time now, but probably filled with worries.
Thank you for keeping us informed. We are here to support you as you support us during out trials. We are a tribe that sticks together!
I'll check here again later. {{{HUGS}}} Love, your sis, Maggie

    1. That was supposed to say "don't worry about your readers"! Not to put extra pressure on you to communicate! Yikes, sometimes when I talk to the phone it translates it ALL WRONG!

  14. So glad to hear Fred is responding to the medications and treatment enough that he's in a 'real' room instead of er/icu. I will continue praying for all of you ... sending hugs.

I'm so grateful that you decided to make the move ... when you're home alone it's in a smaller place, and you have family right upstairs. Hopefully when you, Sushi and Lopez are 'home alone' you play the piano or listen to some lovely music to soothe your nerves.
