Good morning, Lynda! It is 39 in Ohio. My furnace is down but the part is coming today and they said they will fix this evening. Always something as you know. How nice you took Chinese to share with your family. I know you will have a wonderful birthday celebration for Himself. He will be listening and watching from above. Ahh! Sweet Lopez. I hope you bring him to Medina. I have loved him from day one. Have a wonderful Friday. Hugs!
ReplyDeleteOh I hope they fix yer furnace soon--It is quite cool here--and wee Lopez is cute but --fierce--These Chihuahuas are grouchy-- LOL--I do love the bad little guy however--but--he certainly is a challenge--Lynda
DeleteOur first yorkie we lost a few years ago was a bit grouchy. Kloi and Tommy aren’t but Kloi just barks too loud and Tommy whines to play ball 24/7. LOL
DeleteGood morning, sis.
ReplyDeleteIt is CCOOOLLLD here, too. Way below freezing, but from my large window, the sky looks clear and is the color of blue I always wanted to find fabric to match.
Chinese food (any kind of Asian food) is wonderful. It will be sober birthday party, but I am sure you all will remember the good memories.
And you taking it to your son's? That's great to treat them. I know they enjoy having you.
How did you find the spots in your hair? Did you feel them?
Per your reply to me yesterday: Yes, my daughter is very good to me.
In Chicago, our oldest son (adopted) cares for my ex...his father. Cindy has care of me. Isn't it something how roles change with age?
More laundry for me today...it's always there to taunt us.
On to the day, Lynda. I will come back later. Stay warm and enjoy your day. {{{HUGS}}} Love, Maggie
Oh Maggie--I could feel those spots--The kinda bothered me-- Hope your day goes well--Lynda
DeleteIt's Kathy. We finally had our first frost overnight and it was pretty chilly taking Daisy out this morning. But we have sunshine with the promise of 50 degrees by afternoon. I hope to get out and cut back more perennials. I did the back garden yesterday but just 20 minutes and I was in considerable pain the rest of the day. I probably should have taken more Advil - that's what I'll do today. I love Chinese food but we just can't find a really good place around us. Have a good day!
ReplyDeleteHi Kathy-- Good Chinese fod is the best!!--Lynda
DeleteHappy Friday!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a nice gathering of family to remember himself's birthday.
You might have to stop coloring your hair for a bit after they remove those spots. Are they going to biopsy them? My dermatologist did when she removed a cyst off my leg and a few times with moles. Luckily, they weren't cancerous.
It's cold here too but sunny at least.
You, Lopez and Sushi stay warm.
Have an awesome day!
Hugs,
Jackie
Jackie--=They will definitely biopsy the 2 spots--Lynda
DeleteI am so glad that you HAVE a son and his family who do include you "stay for supper", so that you don't have to eat alone. I know your thoughts will be with Fred this weekend. I still think of people who've "gone on" when their birthdays roll around on the calendar, even some who've been gone for 25 years or more.
ReplyDeleteEmber and Prisoner and I send WARM thoughts to you and Lopez, and Sushi. Gee, we both live with one cat and one dog! This year my big challenge will be surviving Thanksgiving week, because "the kids" are traveling out of town to be with DIL's extended family for essentially the entire weekend. I will survive! Ember and Prisoner will help!
So glad you are taking care of yourself, Lynda. What a nice treat to bring dinner out to your son and his wife. Glad you will be gathering with family to celebrate Fred’s birthday Saturday. Hope you stay warm and have a happy day. Thinking of you.
ReplyDeleteCold here, too. . . 7C. But the sun is out, so that's at least a blessing. Got an outdoor walk in.
ReplyDeleteSo nice you got Chinese food and took it to son #1. It really is nice to eat w/them and not be alone.
Well, the start of the weekend. Hope it is a good one for you.
Happy Birthday to Himself. ((((HUGS))))
Hi Lynda,
ReplyDeleteI love Chinese food. Nice of you to treat #1 and wife and have dinner with them. You really don't like eating at home, do you. Winter is coming....you may have less chances to go there. You never did say if you liked the frozen meals you ordered.
Happy Birthday to himself. Cherish the good times.
Cold here too.... high 40s this morning.
Good that the growths will get taken off. Right. Likely no hair coloring at least for a while.
Hope your day was good.
Marge
