Good Morning Lynda,
ReplyDeleteIt's going to be a busy week for me as Thanksgiving is this Thursday. I have all my regular chores as well as prepping for the holiday. Ready or not, here it comes!
Your sunrise picture is lovely. Sounds cold there though, but hopefully no rain for you. We are getting rain later tonight and it's supposed to be cold most of the week.
Have a happy Monday!
Jackie
Oh, I'm so glad your dad had a "good" nickname for Fred! It helps when your parents approve your choice of spouse! Life is good. I'll look forward to the reports on the Tree of Lights.
ReplyDeleteGood morning Lynda, what a magnificent sunrise to begin your day. You were not kidding when you said it was cold. I cannot imagine a temperature of -5 degrees. Do you have all of your Winder clothes in your closet? The photo of your boys is so nice. I know you'll enjoy the Tree of Lights celebration. Did you know the other gentleman being honored along with Fred? Too bad Allison could not be there for the celebration. Enjoy your day and stay warm.

Hi Lynda, it's Kathy. No, haven't yet made the soup. I was working on my new computer (which I am now typing on) all afternoon yesterday so Tom graciously went out and got us Chinese. I have used PC's most of my working years and all my retirement years but it was time for an update.- so I now have a Mac. I just spent almost 2 hours paying bills on line - logging in to everything, saving favorites, and just figuring out where to put my fingers on this much smaller keyboard. But so far I've not made one mistake!! We have one more nice day - tomorrow rain is coming and snow by Wednesday. Or that's what they say. We'll see. You have 4 very handsome boys, and your parent's cottage looks lovely! And what a beautiful sunrise!!! I'm never up early enough and our sky is so filled, we can hardly even see the stars! Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteFor sure sounds cold. The sunrises are gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteAwww, how wonderful that Fred will be honored @ the Festival of Lights.
Lovely photos. And love your Dad’s nicknames. Leave it to a Dad, right!?!
Hope it’s a good day.
Hugs and blessings. Stay warm
