It is Wednesday, Nov. 26th-- overcast--rain off and on-- snow out west eh??and coming here soon-----The cleaners came yesterday--and this place is all spick and span-- They even told me to go Xmas shopping--leave Lopez in his crate and promised me that as soon as I would leave, he would stop his screeching and be quiet--They were right you know---When I came home with a 3ft Xmas Tree--(not a real one!-)_he was quiet-
I did buy a new litter box with high sides--no top--for Sushi--I have not removed the old one yet--I just hope she will use the new one--Cats are so "finikity"--(Is that a word?)-
So, sorry that I did not get to blog yesterday--It was "blog"--and no decorations for Xmas--or--hit the road, and buy a few decorations--make Xmas come to the tiny house!--Below--the tiny tree--the lights work but I need an extension cord--
But , it is a new day--Son#2 is in Brazil--jogging thru this National Park this AM--He sent a few pictures--his coffee--and the National Park--which he is jogging thru--says it is warm there in Brazil--

Good morning, Lynda! Glad you got lots done yesterday and a clean, decorated house. How nice! Tell Lopez to leave that extension cord alone! That park looks lovely and the coffee! Of couse, he found McDonald’s. Good for him! Hope Sushi will use her new litter box. It is cold and light rain in Ohio. I was taking my nephew out today but as my husband left for work he thinks the roads are too slick. We may just prep for Thanksgiving. Hope you have a great day! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteOh how great it must feel to have your house "spick and span"! I will my own housecleaner today as I have 17 coming for Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow at noon! I have been doing little things all week, and just basically have to do the floors and pick up the clutter that seems to accumulate around me! Love your little tree and bright red bow on the door. Festive! A trick I found to get my cats to get used to a new litter box is to leave both out for a couple of days....the new one with lots of litter, but only a light layer in the old one. And I don't clean it entirely - just scooping out some. They eventually transition over to the new because they like the clean box with more litter! Now I have gone big time - and have a Litter Robot that cleans itself! What a miracle! But I used the same method to train them to use the robot! The things we do to make life easier as we age! (Thinking I could have hired housecleaners if I hadn't spent all my money on the Litter Robot! LOL! Love the" Words I wish I had Written" that you have been posting lately each day!
