I am going to drive the kitchen garbage out to the dumpster at Dunlop as soon as I can get Lopez walked--He will need his sweater this AM--It is cold out there!
So, what is on your agenda for to-day?--I had trouble putting my feet on the floor this AM--It was cold in the bedroom--had to get downstairs and get the fire in that wee stove going--
Our leaves are so brilliantly red--They really are pretty! This is Northern Ontario and the "reds" are scarlet--so beautiful!--and--- they reflect their colour, into the lake. I will get some pictures this afternoon.
Lopez and I are going for his walk so he can do his business----I shall return. Are you "up and at-er"???
Good Morning Lynda,
ReplyDeleteThe leaves turning colors are really pretty but not so much fun when it comes to raking them up. :-)
It's going to be a warm sunny day here in the Cincinnati metro area, making it up to about 80. But it won't be long before temperatures cool off.
I bet little Lopez looks adorable in his sweater. You will have to post a pic.
Have an awesome day!
Hugs,
Jackie

Yes, I'm up and at em. Beautiful day in St.Louis going to be in the 80s. Im on house and laundry duty...the usual.
ReplyDeleteNo pretty leaves here as its been too dry. I love the glorious colors of fall. Not for us this year, just brown and fall off.
Enjoy your day.
I loved the picture of you guys in pilot sons cockpit.

Brrrr! I am not a fan of cold mornings. Fortunately, we are able to program our thermostat for different time periods so the heat comes on before we get out of bed. Since it seems so chilly in your new home, it might be worth looking into getting a space heater (or two) that has an automatic shut-off after a certain amount of time. I'm not talking about the fancy ones that require a remote, but maybe a ceramic one or a tower heater. I would put Son #2 on it and ask him to figure out what would work for you. He seems to love that kind of thing!

Good afternoon, Lynda! It is sunny and HOT in Ohio! I was awake until 2 am but got up and out early to go to the Amish Market and to get a cold coffee. I am a bit tired but maybe I will sleep good tonight. I hope you have a lovely day! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteToday going to walk w/cane outside to grab some free Vit. D. and get Jason outside to sit for awhile, too. Gorgeous day here.
ReplyDeleteAgreed . . . you have plenty of time to hang pictures and clocks.
HUGS and enjoy the weekend.

HUGS and
It was a slow start morning down here. I got my flu in covid shots yesterday, and the usual side effects led to a not great night's sleep. Nevertheless I did get up and Ember and I went on our pack migration through the neighborhood.
ReplyDeleteThis evening I'm going to a rock concert if you can believe that
It's a band from my youth, Three Dog Night is coming to town. You might remember them that era.
It's a good thing I don't do this very often, because it can be exhausting. Hope you have a good weekend.
It's Kathy. I'm definitely up but hardly "at-er". We did get some of the house cleaned this morning. Thank goodness for my husband who vacuumed everywhere! I just had to dust. Tomorrow I'll tackle the rest of the house. Today was the last day of that medication so I"m really hoping to have a better night's sleep tonight! But none of it has helped and I'm pretty nervous about what the MRI will show! Daisy just stopped by - she wants to go outside! Have a wonderful day!
