Find your passion to-day!

Good morning--  a whole new day beginning--and--yes, have faith, that everything will work out for the best--no matter what happens!   --- sometimes it is hard to imagine that it will--but, it usually does!

In the move, and because I left ahead of the movers, my address book AND my Birthday book, have never arrived. There are about 4 boxes still in the crawl space, unpacked , and hopefully those books are in one of them.   I have substitute books started--just in case  my old books do not turn up-- And in my substitute book, I found out that Fred  and I were married 60 yrs-- Who is married that long eh??----Amazing !

This picture of  Fred  was sent to me this AM--I have it on the kitchen table, so he can have breakfast with me--
Lopez and I "hoofed" it around the block this am---  and he did his business--
AND----it looks like rain out there right now--
I have a workman coming this afternoon to put 2 more window blinds  on the 2 windows which are not covered yet--a bathroom--and a hall window-----You know---moving is not easy--so many pictures left to hang and clocks to put up--I suppose there is no hurry--
Our trees  outside are so pretty--Their leaves are bright red------We are right into "fall" here now!

I hope that your day is going well--If not--stick to yer guns---
Make it go well-- find your passion-- make it  your best day ever!

  1. Good morning, Lynda! I love the pic of Fred and no more eating alone for you! How nice! I hope your little books are in one of the four boxes. It is sunny and nice in Ohio after a couple days of much needed rain. You will get the pics and clocks up. No hurry. There’s all winter to work on things and by Spring you will feel like a Spring chicken and ready to run about! Have a fantastic Friday! Hugs!

  2. It's Kathy. The picture of Fred is wonderful, what a nice surprise for you! The first meme speaks to me so clearly this morning, and I so needed it! I have now made the appointment for yet another MRI and a CT Scan. I'm so tired of doctors and pain - I can't sleep because of the pain. So not only am I tired, but I'm pretty crabby and pretty weepy! Shortly we have to celebrate my grandson's 7th birthday which is today! I need to smile, and be a good grandma! We won't be taking Daisy because my daughter has dogs and they aren't very well behaved! She is hosting this birthday bash for little Jake! I do hope you find your address book and birthday book! So much confusion when you move! WOW, married for 60 years - that's twice me and my husband! Have a good day.

  4. Hi Lynda
I like the picture of Fred. How wonderful that you can talk to him while eating. You're no longer alone.
I hope your books show up in the last few boxes. You've got all winter to hang pictures and clocks. And you already have a handyman to do it. You'll just have to decide where to hang things.
I hope your daughter is planning a trip before winter.
Enjoy your day. Sunny and a bit cooler in St.Louis. Nice.
    Hugs

Wouldn't it be great if all of us found our passions?

  5. Even though the calendar says "Fall", the weather here is having a reprise of Summer, at least for the next week or so. But it's nice and cool in the overnight into the morning, so Ember is all full of herself for morning walks, and the squirrels? Well, they are being very squirrely!

Love the breakfast picture of Fred, and the idea of having breakfast with him!

  6. Good Evening Lynda. We have warm weather here in MI for the moment. By the next week, temps will be falling again. So I'm going to make the most of the warm weather while I can. I have many flower beds that need to be tended to before it really gets cold. We got rain coming next week, so I want to clean up what I can. I'm glad you got your blinds up. Also what a nice surprise and wonderful picture of Fred. I wish you the best. Take care.
