DeleteGood Sunday morning to you Lynda. Thank you for sharing photos of the beauty that surrounds you. I'm especially pleased that you shared photos of your townhome. You have done a great job with the potted plants and pumpkins to give a festive touch along your driveway. I do hope you have an enjoyable day and week ahead.

Yes yu would love this tiny house--so compact!--Lynda
DeleteFall is so beautiful- your surroundings are similar to what I grew up with in upstate NY. Your mums and pumpkins are lovely and welcoming; potted plants are still gardening. But certain perennials are also fun to grow. I only have raised beds and perennials don't winter over well where I live now (Minnesota). I lost my spouse 2 years ago and the sadness and grief does get less intensive and frequent. It's healthy to allow the grieving. The sadness now is more triggered by memories that I regard as good; makes me thankful that I met my husband and had a good marriage for 51 years. But I can meet life and treasure each new day as an individual.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photos!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous, vibrant colors -- and the flowers and pumpkins in front of your home look so welcoming! You have done so much in the two months since your move (fencing, flowers, dishwasher (!)) to make this place feel like you. / Leslie

Your home is the perfect size for you…plenty of room…right? Your assorted planters are very pretty and look so nice with your pumpkins! Well done, Lynda ❤️ Eissa7 (Karen)
ReplyDeleteThe pictures are lovely, of trees and your flowers! Thanks for sending them. We have gorgeous golden aspen sprinkled in our evergreen forests right now in Colorado. I went for a short walk in the woods and made my soul happy. Glad you too are enjoying nature. Susan

It's Kathy. It is so beautiful where you are! Love all the fall photos. We've had a bit of color, but not much just yet. You've really made your home look so nice too! I have so much work outside I want to get done but I haven't been able to do much for the last 10 days with my back. It's a bit better today, which I wasn't expecting. Daisy and I have been enjoying getting some reading done! Have a lovely rest of your day.
