Always remember--yu are twice as beautiful as yu ever imagined!

This is "Elliot Lake"---  I mean, it is a photo of a park, on Elliot Lake, right in the town of Elliot Lake. There are about 4000 lakes right around this area.--   We live on one of those lakes, about 9 Km from the town of Elliot Lake. That is the good news--Now this is what I call, the bad news-

--because----This is what we look like to-day--  Yu can see Beau with his ball, in the bottom left hand corner. Look at all the snow on our front lawn! I have trails shovelled--so the German and the Chihuahua can run along there----
Here is Beau running along--I suppose shovelling, has become, my daily exercise--- Hopefully all this white stuff might begin to melt sooner than later!

So, I am away , to a pharmacy, and a gas station-- then back home--  No snow falling to-day, but I hear 5 to 10 more cm to-morrow--Yikes--Here we go again!  Lord love a Duck!

  1. Good Morning Lynda. Enjoy the snow. Maybe you & Beau could make a huge snowman. Remember how we enjoyed the snow when we were kids, snow angels, snow forts. Lots of fun memories.

  6. My goodness, thats a lot of snow. We complained about 11" in St.Louis last week. Stayed in for 3 days. Thankfully. its melting, as we are sunny and 50 degrees the last 2 days. All that shoveling is plenty of exercise. Beau seems to enjoy the snow.
    Be safe on your errands.
    Elliott Lake is beautiful.
    Hope Fred is doing better and hoping Lopez is finally getting it.
    Blessings in your day.

  7. Wow that is a lot of snow, but normal for your area. You are a strong gal to shovel so much. A tiny, frail gal would have to hire people. You are to be commended! Good thing about the pet paths, they melt faster than the rest of the pack. We are going to hit 70 here in North Texas, after last weeks ice storm.

  8. You don't need bananas today? I forgot to get some when I went to Target.

    No more snow for us, but more is due tomorrow. Glad I got lots done today.

    Your poster reminds me of one I have seen featuring Winnie the Pooh. {{{HUGS}}}

  12. Hello Beautiful Lady!
    Yes, the shoveling is that workout provided by Mother Nature, and she schedules us whether we like it or not.
    Hug the German and the chihuahua for me 🥰

  13. That's a lot of snow! Ours (much less here) is almost gone from a few days of milder temps, but some more is on the way... Enjoy all the functional exercise you're getting!
