We are off to get our head examined!

It is 7am--  Soon I will drive the guy in the picture, to the hospital here in town, for his brain scan--  Hopefully it goes well!-- They say we should be back before 10am--  a half an hour to do the scan--

But--  I wonder if yu all could listen for Lopez , who will be screeching all the time we are gone. I shall put him in his crate and I know that he will screech very loud--poor wee fellow--So, when yu hear him howling--could yu  sing to him--or talk to him-"-sweet nothings", he loves ---- Hopefully he doesn't figure out how to escape from his crate--  He is safe in the crate --or --should be---

I was up at 5am---No snow is falling-- Pray for the people in Ukraine--Pray for us all--will talk to yu all soon-

  1. Wishing all the best with your drive there & back and with Fred's brain scan.

Oh Lynda, if I lived close by, I'd love to babysit Lopez, he's adorable. He'd spend his morning on my lap being cuddled.

Let us know how the morning goes. Hugs to you, Fred, Beau & Lopez xoxo

  7. Good luck w/Himself’s scan. And definitely will listen for wee Lopez. I am sure he’ll be a good boy.

Glad no snow! Safe travels to you both. And yes, adding my prayers to yours for those in the Ukraine AND those Russians protesting the invasion. I feel their lives are in peril, too, as they’ve been arrested. **SIGH**

  11. I am glad it wasn't snowing for your trip to the hospital today. Sounds like Lopez didn't do too bad on his own, all the songs must have put him to sleep. Enjoy the rest of your day.

  12. My pup barks like crazy but stops in about a minute. I leave the radio on and give her a treat when I leave. Glad Lopez settled down - he will get used to it. Hope all went well with the scan and they can give medications to slow it down. Relax because you can't change anything - you just have to wait for the results. Take care

  15. So glad to hear that you made it there and home safely. Getting in and out for medical appointments these days certainly takes a lot longer than in the past. I have my annual visit next week and in the pre-visit comments I mentioned a few items of concern I'd like to discuss, but..nope...I have to make a separate appointment for that!

So sweet that little Lopez was sleeping when you got home. Maybe he realized his pitiful cries weren't being heard with nobody home, and he might as well just take a nap while he was waiting for you to return!
