I finally found you! I am signed up on MyFitnessPal and it has a tracker with really good information, similar to Spark, and it's free. There are a fair number of former Sparker's on there. It was pretty easy to learn to navigate. Hope you will try it. Would be great to see you there. With that and now finding your blog, maybe I won't miss Spark quite as much.
ReplyDeleteWe ran to the grocery store this morning before it got to hot here. Have a great Monday
ReplyDeleteHi Lynda...ALWAYS a pleasure to read your blog!! Your Sunday sounds wonderful...glad your family spent such a fun day! I joined MFP but have NO CLUE how to find other Spark people there.......I do miss that site BUT am happy to have your daily blurb!! Eissa7
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like everyone had a great day yesterday on the dock and on the water. I hope Himself was out sporting his new hat. Have a happy Monday!
ReplyDeleteYesterday sounds like it was a wonderful day for you. It’s so great that we can see family easily right now! I have to head out to the pet store to get some more toys for my parrot this morning. The place where we take him for boarding is still not allowing people in the store and I want to see what I’m buying for a change. Have a quiet day and get that much needed rest! 👍💐
ReplyDeleteOn MFP there is a group called Spark People Friends - many of us are there! Joan, (Hemtech)
ReplyDeleteOh, poor Beau! Glad you followed him and comforted him.
ReplyDeleteGood Morning, I have decided to have a Beautiful Monday. Thank you Lynda. Yesterday sounds like a good time for all...except Big Beau. He really is Mom's boy.
ReplyDeleteSounds like yesterday was a good day for all except Beau. Glad you were there to comfort him. My little pup is afraid of everyone and everything so I understand. Careful walking along the highway - stay safe.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a wonderful summer day with family. Precious memories for sure. Glad you got your exercise in. Why is it so hard to do that with all we do?
ReplyDeleteFamily is everything and being together is so special 💓 Fun times! Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a great Sunday and maybe you borrowed himself`s new hat? Getting ready to walk here! Keep sparkling!
ReplyDeleteI think you should look into MyFitnessPal . . . you can blog and join groups of people and interact more than just blogging.
ReplyDeleteI am glad you had a great time on Sunday with everyone. Sometimes it is hard to get the body in the same mindset as our brain. My brian....get up and walk the yard. My body, yep you go do that, I will be right here waiting for you. I need to just do and not think on it too much.
ReplyDeleteKeep going...WE WILL DO THIS!!!
Sounds like a busy day. Definitely lotsa people!
ReplyDeletePor Beau. He can't tell others to leave him alone, but glad he went to you and then got solitude in the garage.
HUGS and keep yer chin up!
What a fun Sunday! Hope Beau enjoyed a quiet Monday with mom ❤️
ReplyDeleteHope you got a nap and had a beautiful day!:)
ReplyDeleteHi Lynda, Beth here. It sounds like a lot of fun was had yesterday at the dock, except for poor Beau. Life can get tough for a one person dog. I am glad you get help with the yard and that you still do as much as you can. Everything you keep doing keeps you going. Congratulations for adding some extra distance to your walk. Every little bit helps. Keep on doing what you learned on Spark People and
ReplyDeleteyou will do great. Goodbye until tomorrow.
poor beau he was just scared but he has mom I bet it was a great day
ReplyDeleteSounds like a great day by the lake! Son #3 needs to take his time getting to know Beau better. Dogs don't like grabbed like that by just anyone! Maybe he should bring some treats and a toy next time.
ReplyDeleteAnother lovely blog, full of life and love. Hope Beau is ok today
ReplyDeleteHope you had a deserved nap. You exercise most than many. Poor Beau, does not like to be grabbed, maybe that son has grabbed him before. Careful. I hope you have a good night’s sleep. I checked Spark America, it is Dry as Dust. Boring.
ReplyDeleteHi! Hope you had a nice day!
ReplyDeleteThat was such a beautiful family day! Awww, poor Beau, he only wants his human Mom.
ReplyDeleteYes, Beau must be a momma's boy! Poor baby. It must be nice to have a big family comming out to visit the old folks. LOL! Oh the family dynamics! Do they all get along all the time or is that an impossibility??
ReplyDeleteYour home is such a hub of activity! Love it that everyone wants to gather there. Poor Beau, it must have been chaos for him. I love it that he's a momma's boy!
ReplyDeleteLYNDA, YOU ARE SO LUCKY TO HAVE ALL OF THAT ACTIVITY. YOU ARE LUKY TO LIVE IN SUCH A BEAUTIFUL PLACE AND CLOSE ENOUGH SO THAT YOUR CHILDREN CAN COME VISIT YOU OFTEN.
