Short and sweet blog!

This made me happy to be alive to-day--like now! ---Imagine if we  were trying to get healthier, 100 yrs ago, and never got our act together  for a long time---our whole life would be over at 47 ?

It makes one happy  to see the sun doesn't it, to-day--?   Just think about it!

  8. Wow...I didn't realize that....I remember thinking life would end by 65. My 1st financial investment was something that would come due in 2025. I couldn't imagine living that long & now it isn't that far off....

  12. Thanks for sharing that fact. I did not know that. But it makes sense their lives were a lot harder than most people's today. They were also in better shape than most people today. So Lynda keep up your awesome work and you might make it to who knows when.

    Yes the sun is shining here today also. After having a few days of gray skies it is nice to see. Now as long as it doesn't get to hot I will be a happy camper.

    Enjoy your week-end

  20. I'm sure others of your fans and friends have noted, and you undoubtedly know, too, that our longer life span is due to our knowledge about nutrition and the importance of exercise and balance in different aspects of our lives. WE GOT THIS! {{{Hugs}}}
