The New Blog Spot--- Welcome! -- Took some time to set up!

 A NEW BLOG SPOT--

Holy cow!---  I really hope I can do this--It is all new to me !

First of all--- the vet examined Tess in our vehicle--and----CANNOT FIND ANY LUMP!--- So--WE shall see what we shall see--=and hopefully I won't have to put her up there in DOGGIE HEAVEN yet!

He reassured me that if worse comes to worse, he will come to our home to help her!

Next----  If it weren't for you people helping me set this site up,  I could've never done it! ---  It has taken many hours on Sparkler's phones-- I guess living in the bush, as we do, one is not as "computer shy" as city people are! --So please let me know if you read this ---

--AND--remember my Mom?--"Patience is a virtue"--- --Lord love a Duck!--I need patience!

It is so hot here-- muggy--The AC is flying-- but, I cdid hoof it to the highway and back--without Tess-- Tess and I did a short hike before that!

So, because this is a test blog, I will sign off and pray that you people find this blog-

Lynda-

[Oceana here, Hi! I apparently made a huge mistake and didn't tell Lynda about the archive blog that I was building for her. It was supposed to be a surprise! Alright, so some things were accidentally put there for this date, and I am merely moving them over here, not changing a thing otherwise. Well, one minor thing, but no biggie. Sorry for the confusion, everyone!]

Tess is Okay--so the vet says-

Tuesday, August 10, 2021

Well, I began this blog  thing quite some time ago--then stopped---  put it on hold---but--the word is out I think that I will be blogging on here--  I shall try---

First of all----  Tess--the German, as in dog-- She is still with us!  --Lord love a Duck! ---  I took her to the vet yesterday,  and he said she does NOT have a lump--could not feel one-- -Poor little girl eh?--She was shaking so much!  The vet did come out to the cr---examined her in our vehicle--I opened up the hatch at the back--So, I brought her home!

Now I have to figure out  how to get pictures onto tis site---  I guess I have to download them first-- I shall try--

Whatta huge mess eh?--I need help!--LOLOL--

Hugs to yu all--Lynda

So glad that Tess is ok. Also I just found you here. I think people are looking for you on the other Blogspot that you made called Lakeside Lady. You might want to post there that you are blogging over here. Cheers!

    Glad your dog is ok.
When you write your blog there is a little icon under the title line that looks like two mountains in a square if you click on that you can up load pics to your blog, it puts them on your page and you can resize it there.

[P.S. She is posting brand new blogs over here! The Lord Love A Duck is strictly an archive blog for her SparkPeople posts, which were always very popular and for which she won many Voted Featured Blog Post awards.]

  12. Yay, I found you! Thanks for letting us know via Spark. I blog here as well. I'm still "learning the ropes," but it took me a bit at Spark to figure things out as well.

So glad the vet is willing to come to the house if needed to see about Tess. It's hard that our pets don't live as long as we do. My mom used to say she wished her pets and she could all just go home on the same day.

Happy healthy in a new place!!!

  23. Hi Lynda! I've found your new blog. You may remember my SP moniker, 1stBucketItem. I have always enjoyed your blogs and am so glad you were able to find a way to continue writing them for all of us old Sparkers to see. Glad Tess is hanging in there, possibly for a few months or more. I'll check back regularly to see what has brewing at your house lately. Take care, Lynda. We can all still give each other the support, advice, and most of all the humor to keep pursuing our goals. See you around!
