Does the Queen have to warm up her own vehicle?

Isn't the above so true?-  And, here I was  feeling sorry for myself--that I can't get away--to anywhere--but--- a "stay-cation" is where it's at for me right now. And maybe that's a good idea!--safer---I hope!

I am heading to the grocery ASP--waiting for himself to come with me--as  he can sit in the car with the wee little fella--If I can get there early, there will not  be so many people--Of course, the bananas  in the house here, are too ripe-- so we need that, and lettuce etc- Oh--My weight is now  (GET THIS!) --184.5    ----so happy! --(It's "Chihuahua Weight Loss!)---from 217 a long time ago---

Well, I'll try--It sounds good anyway---

The big Birthday is coming up--on the 16th--Let me know , if you haven't already, if you can come, and where Son#2, the Air Canada Pilot can pick yu up--what airport?--

Lord love a duck!--I must get out there and warm up the car- I wonder if the Queen has a person to warm up her vehicle?

  1. Good luck getting through the grocery store quickly today, and safely. You are way better off than any Queen, Lynda. Truly. Royalty is overrated. You rule your own roost these days. Stay warm.

  2. Tips on your bananas: break apart the bunch and wrap the stems in aluminum foil or cling wrap, supposedly slows the ripening down; once they start to get rip, you can put in the fridge to keep from ripening any more - skins will turn black but the banana will be fine. Happy early birthday!!!

  3. I can hardly wait to help you celebrate your birthday. Your son can pick me up at the airport in Breslau any time he likes. Enjoy your day!

  4. Hurray for chihuahua weight loss! Congratulations!

Hope you have a successful shopping trip and Himself and littlest Lopez enjoy the outing, too.

Ohhhhh, will be there or be square for YOUR BIRTHDAY! Mitchell Int’l Airport in Milwaukee is the place to be.

Knowing Queen Elizabeth, an independent woman, I am sure she absolutely did warm up her own car. Maybe not now, but ‘back in the day’.

Right now, I am that ‘warm up person’.

  6. Lynda, I am sure her chauffer warms the car up for her.

I have too ripe bananas, too. Put them in the frig and keep thinking about baking banana bread.

Himself must have great patience with Lopez in the car. Probably makes you hurry with your shopping, though, 'cause you know they are waiting for you.

    Love your poster about vacations and life! I pretty much am happy in each moment. Still I'm looking forward to my trip to Hawaii in February! {{{HUGS}}}

  9. I think it depends... I know the Queen used to drive the Land Rovers up in Scotland, right? Don't know if but expect that someone's job might entail warming it up for her... but didn't she drive during the war, too? So she's a fair mechanic!

Anyway, looking forward, as every year, to the Virtual Shared Birthday... you and Beethoven! Peanuts cartoons stuck Beethoven's birthday in my brain!

  10. Regardless of all Lopez's issues he is really helping with the weight loss! Maybe the time himself and Lopez spent in the car together will bond them more! Happy shopping.

  13. Yay for you, continuing with your weight loss and determining to enjoy life as much as possible. Sounds like Lopez is a blessing even though he's still in the puppy high maintenance mode. Sounds like he give you plenty of moving it, and is company for Himself when he waits in the car.

I'll need to be picked up at the Ontario, California, USA airport for the birthday bash. :)

  16. Congrats on that weight loss Lynda. Sometimes we get stalled & sometimes we stray but we get there! Hooray!

Lopez was meant to be, he's helping with your weight. I hope he's making it outdoors every time he has 'to go' instead of doing it in the house. That would/will be great for you too!

    Hugs to your household!
