Yesterday I gardened in the big garden on the lakeside of the house-- Well, I pulled weeds--and cut down and dug out berry bushes which had gone to rack and ruin_-(Mom's expression)_Now I need the man with the rototiller to return and aerate the soil--I don't know if that will happen-and--today is "Hair Day"--

So much to be grateful for every day…so yes, expect good things!
ReplyDeleteHope your hair experience is enjoyable and that the rest of your day is
pleasant! ❤️ Eissa7
A positive outlook like yours today is the best way to go Lynda. Of course good things are going to happen!
ReplyDeleteLove and many hugs coming to you, Fred and your fur babies. xoxo
One good thing for you today is that you are going to get your hair done! Always feels so good! My good thing today is that I fixed a problem I was having with my pool by myself! Yay!!!
ReplyDeleteGlad you have help with yard work and that the flies are gone! I remember camping with my ex and kids in Kentucky (Land Between the Lakes) during may fly season. You could hardly open your mouth when outside...they were so thick. We went every year and soon learned when NOT to plan our vacation.
ReplyDeleteI just washed my hair, but it's not time for a cut and style yet.
Going, after the brakes are done on the car, shopping for bananas and ice cream!
If we look for it we can find a positive and negative side to everything. Keep focusing on the positive side of things. Love your outlook!

Glad you have your hair day. And you got weeding done, for Pete’s sake! What would you do if you had no yard work whatsoever? Would you play your piano or read? You deserve some fun! We final had half an inch of rain. Temps going quickly back into the hundreds. But it will be fine by Halloween in Texas.
ReplyDeleteOH I hope you have a good hair day! So nice to have some pampering and you deserve it!
ReplyDeleteGlad the black flies are gone. PHEW.

I know how you feel. I am so in need of something good happening. Had my 6 week checkup today from my spine surgery - I'm healing well (which IS good) but I can't go back to the gym for at least another 6 weeks. But I am able to do a little bit more each day so I suppose that's also good news!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great day Lynda............I went to the dr. today, oh happy me(not) myleft rotator cuff now has a tear in it....it matches the right one I guess............he gave me a shot in it to relieve the discomfort and sent me on my way. He did give me a hug and tell me call if I need him. Love that boy...such a caring dr.
ReplyDeleteLove the positive attitude Lynda!
