It's Kathy. I love the photos. Yes, it's wonderful to have them to refresh our memories. I'm so glad your driveway has cleared of ice. I so dislike winter with all the snow and ice - but this year has been pretty darn great. It's so nice to be able to walk outside and not have to put boots on! Daisy is loving it too. Yes, we all need to feel important and I'm glad himself is enjoying his time at the day center. I can't imagine being 95 - already things are hard for me to do and I'm only 74! Have a wonderful day!
ReplyDeleteHi Kathy---I know--95 is old isn't it?-- and--He WILL be even older--96 --in the Fall--Lynda
DeleteLynda, as usual, yo are right on!
ReplyDeleteGrandma is wonderful to accept 2 extra doggies!
Happy Himself is at his day program. He should be in a good mood and, maybe, ready for a nap when he gets home.
No ice and no snow here! Due to be 30 degrees over freezing this afternoon. I didn't even go below freezing overnight! Soon robins, hummingbirds, geese, tulips and LILACS!
Gotta get back to Sadie work before she leaves. I just had to sit down and take a break!
Hope your day continues to go well! {{{HUGS}}} Maggie
Hi Lynda
ReplyDeleteGlad himself is at Lodge. It's wonderful that he's treated with such respect. This mornings outing will hopefully insure a good afternoon for you. God bless the caring people at the lodge.
Loved all the inserts. Really liked a bit of sass and bad ass lol
Yay ice is GONE.
Great of you to tackle 4 dogs indoors. Hoping dogs aren't a trip hazard for himself.
Sunny in St.Louis. Currently 50sF.
Enjoy your day. Stay positive and strong.
Loved all the inserts.
Hugs and Blessings
Marge/St.Louis
Marge--Is it Spring there?--It seems sorta like it beginning here--Phil's 2 dogs will not be a problem---They are old-- and good--and yes, Himself enjoyed his morning at the Day Program--Lynda
DeleteIt is hard to believe the weather we have been having in Kitchener. Today when I left Physio there were eight robins on the front lawn. I hope the weather doesn't get too cold and windy for the birds that came back early. I know you will not have a problem looking after four dogs as you have proven many times that you can do whatever comes your way. As always I enjoy your inserts. Take care and enjoy your day. Hugs
ReplyDeleteYu have robins?--- such a sign of Spring----Yes the 2 dogs arrive to-morrow--to join our 2 dogs-=--Lynda
DeleteYou are such a good gramma! Love it that you are taking your granddogs so your son's family can vacation!
ReplyDeleteAnd yes - our memories are sooo important.
I am treasuring mine today - it is a sad day of memories for me as my beloved husband left this earth 5 years ago today. So I just have my beautiful memories of our 50+ years we shared together!
I remember your husband passing on that day--and I remember the 2 cats arriving and that beautiful screened in room for them--=Yu have done well Sandra--a strong woman yu are for sure!-Big hugs, Lynda
DeleteMarti here. He looks so handsome there in Hawaii. Funny how when you only see older pics of somebody you think of them as "always" that way.
ReplyDeleteDon't take those hummingbirds for granted, lol. I just ADORE them and people around here have all these hummingbird feeders and say that they see them around, that is, everybody but ME. I always end up missing them, or seeing the tail end of maybe one if I'm lucky. I'm not about to go get a feeder, though, too much work. And would attract stinging insects, which I am deathly afraid of.
really --I do enjoy the Hummingbirds-- I think I put out too many feeders tho--- as it seems I'm always mixing up their "brew"--LOL--and yes, their feeders do attract a lot of bees-- Lynda
DeleteHi Lynda: NO wonder himself likes the day program so much. He gets treated like he's so special. Glad your ice is gone in the driveway. Hopefully it stays that way! It will be nice to see the birds coming back. You'll have to try make sure your company gets no beef! Have a good night. Brenda
ReplyDeleteI know--Beef doesn't go over very well with the dogs--Lynda
DeleteHi Lynda! It has been cold and rainy the last two days here in Ohio. It will be partly sunny tomorrow and warmer. Your driveway sounds much better! The dogs are so lucky to have you dog sit them. You are the BEST dog mom! I'm glad the program is up and running again for Himself. Enjoy your hair day tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteYes Allison said it was lovely in Ohio-I dunno about being a good dog Mom--=but--= they always seem fine here--Lynda
DeleteSo glad that the ice is gone. Makes life so much easier getting around, especially with FOUR pups to look after!
ReplyDeleteLOVE the pictures. They hold so many good memories!
HUGS and blessings
