Well, I turned on the computer yesterday, and there you all were-- Yu made my day! --- Thank yu for "hanging in"-- It has been a couple of busy weeks, and some days I never even got a blog on here--but--yu all were around , and for that I say, "thank -yu"-- Yu made my day!-

So--our daughter leaves to-day--It really has been wonderful to have her here-She helped me SO much with everything-especially himself! Here she is with her 2 children-our Grandchildren ---such special young people!

-and here are the 5 grown children Himself and I produced---Son#2-on the left-the daughter- Son#1, #4 and #3---
Last evening they all were here for pizza on our deck-- It was wonderful!--Everyone helped set it up and we had fun--Himself even sat outside with us all--Below , are the Grandchildren--minus a couple of them--

-
-the grandkids --minus a few ----

---  and here they are around a campfire in town--finally yu can see the 20yr old Grand daughter  from Ottawa-----and --back to our dock--

and-----  ALL of the Grandkids --who absolutely loved being together -----
So----  I have walked Lopez AND HE DID IS BUSINESS ----Praise the Lord! ----  Grandson will be out here this afternoon to cut grass-- The "Covid" is over and itself and I are testing negative-- and--I will be sad to see our daughter depart for OHIO later on this morning--but-----I do have you--and the Queen is still here--  and she did NOT pick up Covid--
Lord love a Duck!---- no matter what happens, we will make it--- We love  our families-- WE are making memories for them--teaching them to be strong and to make life work--  because, that is what we do!-------  STAY STRONG____

Sorry DD has to leave today but so happy she finally made it up to see you both.
Although its sad to see her go it was a great visit and she helped you out with Fred. Besides, you still have the Queen visiting. LOL
Now...its time for you to RELAX. I know all that activity wore you out.
    Enjoy your day.
    Glad COVID has left.
    Take care.

  5. Always wonderful to say hello, but always hard to say goodbye! Wonderful times with the family all together. Maybe they’ll all be back next summer? In the time being, you can enjoy the family that lives close by.

  6. So happy your daughter and granddaughter could finally visit! And everyone could spend time together! During Covid solitude, you prayed for this, so finally it happened! Thanks for all the great pictures! Take care! (Ethel Merz)

  8. Lynda, I LOVE all these photos! What a beautiful family you have and they all came from you and Fred - imagine that!

We are always sad to see our girls go, we are so close to them. But you know she'll be back. Her children sure have grown too.

Keep a cheery attitude, it's wonderful to see you feeling like that, when your family are all there.

Love and many hugs coming to you, Fred, your fur babies xoxo

  10. Hi Lynda…I know you are sad today because your daughter/grandkids are returning to OH. Spend your time, if you do sit down, browsing thru ALL of the wonderful photos from the past two weeks…that should make your heart sing and bring a smile to your face! What a lovely family you have! ❤️ Eissa7

  11. I know how you feel! My son from CA and his family were here for 2 full weeks - and my other 3 kids and their families were all here with them for most of the days! We even got a family picture taken! Funny how so many things are parallel in our lives! Glad you were unscathed by Covid and that your daughter helped you so much - and that you have been losing weight throughout it all! Kudos to you. Loved the picture of your kids and grandkids!

  12. What a beautiful family you have created! I loved the photos of the children and the grandchildren! I know you will miss the ones who live so far away, I so miss my daughter's family. Her children are older and very enjoyable to be around. My other grandchildren are still young and kind of spirited. Last time Jake and Roman came to visit me (last Saturday) they got into my yarn which I keep in cubby's in my office. I think they pulled out over 200 skeins of yarn! There is still some on the floor! My daughter offered to clean it up but the yarn all has specific places to go!

  13. What a beautiful big family you have. I am so glad they were all able to get together. It looks and sounds like you had a great time. Yes it is going to be hard to say goodbye to everyone but you have some wonderful memories to help make the pain a tiny teeny bit less painful.

Glad you recovered so quickly from Covid. Now you don't have to worry about getting it since you know the shots work and now you have immunity because you had it.

Once everyone leaves take a day or two to relax. You are going to find you are really tired. It is nice to have all that company but it will be nice just being the two of you and the 3 fur babies.

  14. It's great to see all the pics! I envy you with your big family. No one in our family had any children. I've just one cousin hanging on, and she'll be 78 next year.
