Have a Beeeautiful Day

WE HAVE COOLER TEMPERATURES!--Yeahhhhhhh---- It feels wonderful!----To-day we  might act like that busy BEE----and have a  Bee-eautiful Day--

Bee Yourself-----Bee-cause Nothing ELSE Matters----hard to "BEE" just yourself though isn't it?----like yesterday--you think I could make that clamp work, in our car, (The tether)--- that holds Beau in the back seat?--- I tried and tried to clamp it to his harness, with Himself telling me all sorts of "stuff"--like, -"Why can't you just hook it on?"--and, "Yu shudda practiced this before now"---and of course big Beau was yelping and trying to get out of the vehicle--but-----  FINALLY__that  harness hooked onto his leash-- and away we went  to the vet-- Beau did well at the vet's office--

"Where there is a Will, There is a Way"---Dad just shouted that into my brain----sometimes I just do not know how I  do some things that are required of me to do---One just has to "BEE STRONG"--maybe say a wee prayer in your head, and usually all turns out well-So hopefully, we will not have to take this 8 yr old Shepherd for his shots now, for a couple of years-

Yu know, life could be worse--I really am grateful that I do not live on a farm- Imagine trying to get a huge farm animal into a trailer to go to a vet?----

Grammas should be  sitting--like this Lady above---------- Life has sure changed hasn't it?--

Remember to-day  to keep your heart beautiful--Try not to dwell on  crazy ideas ---- Happy thoughts with lotza smiles will carry us thru the day-----and-----  one more thing---  Our Hummingbirds seem to be fewer--They must be heading your way, looking for all your feeders--just giving yu a "heads up" here--

  2. It's Kathy. I'm glad you are finally getting some cooler weather. It's day 2 for us and it feels so good! Daisy loves going in the car with us but she knows when we get to the vet - she refuses to get out! Then while we're waiting for the vet to come in she sits in my or Tom's lap shivering. Once he arrives she loves the attention! Have a good day.

  3. Lynda, it's hard NOT to bee ourselves! Who we are in any given moment just changes somewhat!
I like the cooler weather, but I could do with just a few degrees warmer and not so much cold breeze. It's 64F here and a mix of sun an clouds.
Pet sitting...the dogs are both where they are supposed to be. Taken their diapers off. The girls will probably have wet spots to clean up when they arrive home Saturday or Sunday. They have been sending me photos of their travels...Salt Lake City....the Capitol, wild mule deer. They visited the Matthew Shepard memorial. I would cry so hard! Terrible what some people do to others. Thank God more of us are kind and non-judgmental.
Your experience with Beau in the car reminds me of trying to get Lucky in his crate for the vet visit. Today I will pick up the tranquilizers the vet recommends to help.
Sadie will vacuum around here when he wakes up. Don't want to disturb his peace.
Love your memes! You had 2 for me to share today. That one about beauty as we age is perfect for us! Lots of my friends on line are older and will really appreciate it.

  4. Glad the vet visit is over with! What a trial! We are still having excessive, dangerous heat in Texas. The power grid can’t keep up, warnings that they may shut off many last night, and tonight and tomorrow night. Fool leaders here thunk it’s 1923: neglected to plan ahead and build up for the population explosion they knew was coming, but the oil Lords in Texas stopped it from happening! Oil CEO’s rule the legislature, so are old fashioned, if power goes out, we are to cross our fingers and pray!!

  5. Loved all your inserts again today.
After a rough start you got Beau to the vet and didn't "harm" himself LOL for his added comments. Lordy lordy.
Cooler in St.Louis. sunny, nice breeze and 70sF. I went for a big walk as its so nice out.
Hummingbirds are getting to be fewer and fewer here.
A bit of cloudy stuff they say is from Canadian fires. Hope those get put out for good soon.
Have a great day and continue to BEE AMAZING.

  6. Wow what a process to get Beau hooked up. Instead of hiself yelling at you, you'd think he would offer to help! Seems like it's getting cooler up there. Hopefully the forest fires are gone soon. Enjoy the evening. Brenda

  7. Yes, the hummers have arrived here... I don't have them in my yard, but my trainer does and he said they are showing up now!

Glad Beau had a good vet visit even if the car restraint wasn't behaving itself!

    Onward!
