Good Day to you all--I am trying something new here--not posting about the "BLOG" on Facebook, because there are Hackers who are sending all kids of crazy stuff to my email and hacking my Facebook account-
-So please tell me_-Are you able to still find me, when the blog is not advertised on Facebook?-- How do you find this blog anyway?-- I just open this site by typing in "Blogger.com"--then look for "LAKESIDE LADY"----Can you let me know how you find me--and I sure hope that you do find me--
I am heading to town shortly-have to get to the Pharmacy before noon-- And--just to let you know--we have sunshine-- cold temperatures, but--NO SNOW FALLING--YEAHHHHHH--It might be the end of winter--I hope!
It just might be Spring--and--you must know that I can't sign off of here without some kind of advice--like--"Don't let the crazies get you down"----and , "Stay strong"--

ReplyDeleteAs far as how I find the blog, when I log on to the internet, I have (Under 'settings/on start up or something like that), certain pages that open up for me...my gmail, Facebook. youtube, 90s country classics on Audacy, my bank, a favorite exercise sit and https://leanjean6.blogspot.com/. All I need to do is click on the tab to see if you've posted yet.
It's just 3 degrees above freezing now, but by late afternoon, it's to be 51F (10.566C). The sky is mostly sunny.
Will see if Sadie is able to wash another load today, get the garbage/recycles out and...KARAOKE TONIGHT!
Hope all this nonsense with hackers (why do people want to hurt each other and cause such trouble?!) ends once and for all!

DeleteI do not read your blog on FB either....I just got directly to your blogspot. I look at Facebook, but rarely ever comment on anything there because of the exact problems you have been having! Hope you have a great Saturday! I am planning on getting some household chores done as it is still too wet to mow from all the rain we have had.....guess you got it as snow as you are way farther north than me! But the sun is shining and warmer temps are supposedly on the way!

Yesterday we received almost 3 inches of rain! It was crazy. Snow in the morning but not sticking. Whew
My flowers are growing like crazy in my greenhouse that is stationed in my spare bathroom! I need warmer weather! But, today I saw a yellow finch!!!! No hummingbirds yet. But, usually they don’t show until the end of April. But, I’ll be ready!!!!!
Today is another birthday party. One more night where I don’t have to cook dinner! Happy dance!

DeleteIt's Kathy. I have a link saved on my computer named Lynda. I just click on that and there you are! If I am looking on my tablet I log into Blogger.com and up comes Lakeside Lady. So I'm good. It's a very nice day here today but so windy. I'm glad you have sunshine. I want to take Daisy for a walk but might not be able to fit that in. I really have to clean my house today! And, of course, we had to get some groceries - my least favorite thing to do because it take up so much time. We only went to 3 stores but they were all just filled with people! Have a good day.

DeleteI'm another one who has you bookmarked under favorites -- I choose not to be on Facebook. I think anybody who wants to find your blog can do so easily. Sad to think people are targeting you through Facebook, but you have to protect yourself and limiting your messages to just the blog format might weed out some of those who are looking to create chaos. / Leslie

DeleteI have never relied on a link from Facebook, I come straight to your blog from my own Reading List on BlogSpot. I think my kid sister saved a link on her tablet, so she can get to you, too.
ReplyDeleteToo bad about the hackers and cloners out there... they are troublesome to me at times on FB, but I just delete their friend request posts or comments. The worst ones are people who pretend to be you but are not... I've had a couple of people try that both to friends of mine and using my name and image, too. Fortunately, we are cagey old ladies and know where the bit-bucket sits!

ReplyDeleteBlogspot.com is bookmarked on my computer. You are on my reading list. When you post something new, you pop up on Blogspot. I never exit, I just close the site by clicking on the x. All the new post pop up when I click on the book mark to reopen the site.
