You always deserve to laugh--

Man oh man--- I very nearly did not get here this AM----  but--here I am-- I hope that your day is going well--Is it?--I HAVE THE TAX STUFF READY TO SHIP TO THE ACCOUNTANT__and I will do it when I pick up Himself at his Day Program---  I do not know if all the stuff is in the box but, I'm going to get it off anyway--

It has FINALLY stopped snowing here--Lord love a duck-It snowed for 3 days , non stop---lotza shovelling went on--by me--

And, I turned on the computer  this AM, and there was a letter , which was another scam--I called son#2 who confirmed it was a scam-- He said stuff on the computer like that is not a letter-- it was an email--If it was a letter in the mail, it would be real--  but--lord-y be, it did upset me--People must think that we are really stupid eh?-  It said, "click" on the phone number--I have learned to not do "the Click thing"---  NEVER DO THAT!

Anyway, another day here---still cold, but there is sun---which gives me hope that Spring might be in the air--To-day is going to be a good day--- I hope in your part of the world it is!

-I have places to get to--and people to see, so  I wish you a great day--
                                                            Remember to be strong---

  1. It's Kathy. I love the last meme - so very true. I have learned to never click on an email to take me someplace. I will just go to another page and go to the site directly. I've clicked on a few things on Facebook which makes my computer scream at me that I've been hacked. It says "do not turn off your computer - you must click here". Nope, I turn off my computer, and start over. I don't know why there are people in this world who delight in taking from others. We have a beautiful couple of days here - then rain on Sunday. But I suppose we need the moisture. Daisy and I will walk again today and tomorrow - Sunday she's getting a bath! She will NOT be happy on Sunday! Have a lovely day and don't worry about your taxes, I'm sure you've got enough pulled together!

  3. Lynda, you're right on as always!
Glad you have the tax stuff ready.
And Himself? He will be good all day, I hope, with the day program! In a much better mood.
Sadie has been moving around here really well. 2 wash loads done (1 throw rugs, the other clothes), all floors washed really well, errands to do yet. I have to get gas, bananas and cat food.
It's lovely here. Beautiful blue sky, barely a breeze. It's still cold, though. It's up to 49F (9.444C) and will be a degree or two warmer before the day is done. Just in time for it to start to get the night's freeze again.
Love the Pooh and Piglet meme. It's true. I heard someone say once that we start to die the moment we're born. Huh...doesn't sound too positive, does it?
Lucky wants to play, and it's about time to put clothes in the dryer.
Hope the day for all of you keeps being good.

  6. I keep getting emails that have the title of "Confirmation of your order" but no company listed or that I have heard of. I know it is a scam and just delete them. I don't order that much that I can't keep track of it. Dot

  7. Hi Lynda: Glad it's finally stopped snowing. I think/hope winter is finally done. It's supposed to start getting better tomorrow and warmer all next week. Himself should feel better after going to the Lodge today. Those scammers try anything to get our money. Ignore them. Glad you got your taxes in. I took mine in the other day. Have a good night. 8. It is so horrid that people try to take advantage of us as we age! It's easy to get alarmed, but don't. If it's real, it comes in the snail mail! When in doubt, toss it out!
