-just a reminder-- the year is 2025---AND----  I was born in 1942--That makes me 83--Lordy Be!!  How can that ever be??--Anyway, HAPPY NEW YEAR---again!!!

It is 6-46 here---Sushi is up---  roaming around here, meowing ----  but Lopez is still in his bed--I'm hoping he stays there for a bit longer--Yesterday was very busy here as I tried to  declutter the 2 bedroom closets---Husbands  closet first--then mine--It took me all day---

Son#2 also hooked up the printer to the computer---AND----the best part of all, I see that our cheques are now showing up, online--at our new bank--  That made me so happy yesterday, as changing banks takes a great deal of time and that was a "royal pain" , doing all that before we moved--To-day, I am hoping to get our names on a list for a new Doctor--so so much to do when one moves--

I see Himself is up, so I shall leave you--but I will return in a bit--

Great that you got the closets organized, the printer is going AND the checks are showing up @ your new bank.

Good luck getting a new Dr./Dentist/Eye Dr. and all the rest for medicalizing! It’s hard.

    Hugs and blessings

  4. Two blogs, sis, and both wonderful.
You are so busy. I envy your energy.
Got the results of my images done at the VA Monday. Breasts are fine. Spine, esophagus, etc. are not. I have DISH disease. This is the first I've heard of that. Had to look it up: https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/diffuse-idiopathic-skeletal-hyperostosis-dish
Nothing I can't deal with. It's a new year. We all have new challenges, and may need more strength, but we can handle whatever life gives us...if we believe we can. Henry Ford: 'Whether you believe you can do a thing or not, you are right.
May have to drive up to the VA again...I am out of one drug for my gut.
We have blue sky! I knew the sun was back there somewhere.
After the closets, maybe you will take it easier the rest of the day.
Happy the banking is working! That's a real accomplishment.
Will check back later...{{{HUGS}}} Love, Maggie

  5. Yep, 2025...where does the time fly???

The closets look great!!! I imagine you have less closet space than before, so I know a lot of work went into that. My closet space is small compared to when I was younger, but I don't need as big a wardrobe as when I was working.

Yay for having your banking going to plan ... knowing you have access to your money and the bills are getting paid is a good thing.

    Happy Thursday.

  6. You'd better re-do your math. It is only correct when done between your birthday and the end of the year. With a December birthday, you will have to wait until the end of the year for it to be correct.

    Repeat after me -- I am 82, not 83...

  7. It's Kathy. Well, I slept until 8:30 today, kind of a miracle. Usually by that time Daisy is up asking me to take her outside and give her breakfast. But she was just lying on the floor close to me. Great job on the closet decluttering! One of these days I need to get to some of that stuff myself. Hopefully I will start feeling better soon! Take care.
