Good morning! Got caught up. I have company here and I am trying so hard mood to eat the dreaded, wonderful, filled with calories food!
ReplyDeleteYour paintings that you posted yesterday were beautiful! And that cute Lopez is so entertaining to read about.
Congratulations on the weight loss! I’ve been doing MyFitnessPal and have lost 26 pounds in 142 days! Not easy but I’m so excited. Down 2 sizes.
I’m sending hugs to you and himself. It is so tough to see personality changes as people age. I do understand. It is amazing that more discussions aren’t out there. So many go through this. Hang tough!
Have a wonderful day and as always, love your blogs!
Yu are so inspirational--- losing that weight and even reading the blogs-- I appreciate late yu ever so much! Lynda
DeleteWe are so lucky that after having a bad day the next day turns out much better. Enjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteGlad that Beau, Lopez, Sushi and HIMSELF are doing well today!
ReplyDeleteGood that you can get an earlier appt. for the snow tires.
That’s wonderful news that you can bet your booster in mid-November.
Good for you getting your walk and Dreadmill in! Kudos.
Have a good FriYaY and weekend.
HUGS
Hi Barb--As usual--I love hearing from yu--- Isn't it marvellous that there is always a new day--(Well--for now--LOL)-Lynda
DeleteLove that last saying! Albert Einstein said, "You haven't failed 'til you've quit trying." That's what we need to remember...especially as we age. I am 75 y/o...I believe older than you.
ReplyDeleteHappy that the pets are happy as well as Himself. And you are glowing today!
We were supposed to get our boosters Tuesday, but the people that were going to come do it cancelled. We have not been notified of a new date yet.
Gotta keep trying! {{{HUGS}}}
so good to hear from yu--Lynda--Hope they rebook the boosters
DeleteHopefully I can get my booster in a couple of weeks. Sounds like all is good on the home front. What does Sushi think of Lopez?
ReplyDeleteHave a great rest of the day.
ReplyDeleteSo glad to hear all the household occupants are in a good mood today.
ReplyDeleteHopefully, snow tire date will get moved up, booster will get scheduled and all will work out well.
I got my Covid booster Tuesday...no issues but didn't have any issues with the original shots either. Flu shot hurt far worse and arm pain lasted much longer. Glad thats all done.
Sunny in St.zlouis but darn cold.
Enjoy your private time on dreadmill. Have a happy day.
Glad that all is going well and everyone is feeling better today. Middle of December is awful late to get your tires changed up there. I got mine done yesterday in Toronto. Hopefully you will get called in much sooner than that. Or perhaps one of your sons knows someone that can do it for you. They say this winter could be very snowy early. Take care
ReplyDeleteGlad things are smooth... perhaps Sushi and Lopez will become good buddies! I find it so interesting the different "rules" that are being implemented regarding vaccines and boosters, in our different states and countries... I had to be six months after my second Pfizer shot before I could have a booster. Days, weeks, months... whatever... just get us in line and get it done, eh?
ReplyDeleteBe safe, be well, be happy! Spark on!
The snow is almost gone and the sun is shining again. Happy to hear you are having a good day. So nice when everything...and everyone...is settled down. Have to wait till the 6 month mark for our 3rd shot which makes it mid Dec.
ReplyDeleteGood to hear you are having a good day so far! Our weather has warmed up but the wind is fierce. I'm hoping to get out with Daisy in an hour or so!
ReplyDeleteI’m happy to hear it’s a good day for everybody today. Since Lopez is small maybe Sushi isn’t intimidated by him and they might get along. Great news about the weight loss. We can’t get our boosters until mid December but we certainly will get them. Have a good weekend! 👍 🌞
ReplyDeleteYou are doing AMAZING in the 180s. Must be those green vegetables. Have a wonderful evening.
ReplyDeleteGlad that it’s a good day for you and the family. Sure hope they call you sooner to get those tires changed. Will be glad when you get your booster. I still haven’t had my flu shot yet.
ReplyDeleteLynda you are a marvelous woman. You know the key to weight loss and are practicing it!! We all have our ups and downs, no pun intended, but we know how to get back on track! Especially me! (((HUGS)))
ReplyDeleteTerrific. and no sugar problem too!! Congats.
ReplyDeleteLynda, re: the vaccine shot, it is given six months after your second one. I had my second one in June so I'll go for this 'booster' one next month.
ReplyDeleteLopez is doing great!! It takes time, you have a baby on your hands. And I'm glad Sushi shows up more around everyone, including Bea and Lopez.
It sure feels like the air is working up to give us some snow! I just want it for Christmas and then until the new year! I can hope, eh?
Hugs to all of you.
Hope you get in for the snow tires. ❄ Glad the day was good for you
ReplyDeleteAmazing weight loss success and you are doing it every day. with colder weather your treadmill will become your friend. Yay on the booster! Got mine last Friday and no reaction and just feeling safer already.
ReplyDeleteGood for you....on the weight loss...knew you could do it....
ReplyDeleteIt's wonderful that you have come this far. I applaud you! Hang in there Lynda. Wishing you all the success.
