What do you call an alligator in a vest?

Good day to you all!----"SMILE IN THE MIRROR "--every morning--Now isn't that a great way to begin a day?---Yer mouth will get used to turning upwards--which will lift your heart strings--

This AM., I will be going to the grocery shop--We have 3 bananas left which look pretty bad--so, well you know, it is time  to mask up (double mask)- load up the car with Himself and Lopez--

The above 2 pictures were taken by son#2, the Air Canada pilot, yesterday, as he flew over  the Queen's vacation Palace, in Scotland----He did not send any pictures of food , but did send this castle--I absolutely loved seeing these pictures--

I best keep moving--dark outside--How are you managing  your life, post Christmas--?--Are you happy as a clam at high tide, now that all the "Hoop-la"  is over?---  Or do you miss the excitement?--  I am ecstatic that I actually made it thru the holidays and am looking forward to a  few quieter days--

It's almost daylight, so---  that means, getting Beau out --then Lopez-- --then it's  Banana time!--  Woo Woo!
--Kinda cute eh??--  I hope it put a smile on yer face ---
Now, isn't that so true-- ?---When you feel you are in a  " tizzy"  ----  UNPLUG!

  1. Love it... and having to wait for the investigator, too! Like you, I was ready for a few quiet days. Now it's on to the annual round of medicalizing during the next couple of weeks. Thank goodness the weather is cooperating, down here, so I'll have good roads at least this week!

  3. Safe journeys on your quest for bananas.

Yes, Miss Lilly and I were out @ Zero Dark Thirty this morning for her business, too. Very quiet. Actually, kind of nice!

    LOL! And Investigator indeed!

YES YES YES. I am trying to get Jason to do this. He broke his left (dominant arm on Thursday and is struggling. My observation is he’s doing well! BUT he gets frustrated having to do things differently. I don’t blame him, actually, but just tryint to encourage him that it will pass. Dep breaths, right!

  7. that's a good idea - to smile in the mirror everyday to start the day right. I'll have to try it. I'm glad Christmas is over - not that I really have much to do with it but it is easier to get things done - like being able to park for shopping, stores not so crowded, etc. Hope you had a good shopping trip with himself and Lopez.

  9. Loved the alligator joke. When I taught Kindergarten, I used to a Joke of the Day and the kids loved it. The alligator joke would of been a good one to use! Funny how grocery prices are helping me decide that I don't need to eat certain things! I just give them up in hopes that the price will come down and I will be able to enjoy them again some days! I know it would be quite different if my husband was still here.....I would buy anyway so that I could cook for him! But nowadays, I do very little cooking....no joy in it anymore!

  10. Lynda, what a marvelous blog!
    Loved the riddle, too.
I only have 1 almost dead banana. Need to go shopping tomorrow.
I have happy the holiday season is passed, too.
My tv died, so I ordered a new one. Much different from the old one. Have you ever needed to set up a smart tv? Had to sign on to all my apps, etc. I am pooped.
Tomorrow our building is to be inspected. They may come in to my apartment. I am not ready...spent too much time on that tv set up. I will have to get up at the crack of dawn as you do!
    Cheers! Spring is on its way! {{{HUGS}}}

  11. Cute alligator joke.
I'm at the store often (masked) as I only buy a few bananas at a time so they don't go bad. Seems I always need something. Grocery is less than a mile away. If I only buy 20 or 40 dollars worth during several trips to the store it doesn't seem as bad as spending 200 or 300 lol. Just fooling myself.
I'm happy to have the Christmas stuff packed away. Not so crowded at the stores now.
    Have a great day.
    Hugs
