You Make Me Happy!

because- it is----------"Happy Hearts Day"-----a day to hug your pet----and---a significant other---

-
--No snow falling here-- no sunshine either---I hear to-morrow , a storm is heading this way--so---that means----WE ARE GOING TO GET BANANAS------TO-DAY!
I shall dig out the card the I give Himself last year---  and, I'll find the one he gives me-- We just sign the year------ We have had that going for about 5 years---Both cards are very nice!

I have good news --I put a call in to himself's Doctor yesterday-- AND HE CALLED ME BACK--AND---- He has 2 Ladies coming this week to talk to us about "HELP"---- Holy Cow eh?--and---- He is putting in an urgent request  to  get help for is voice-- Since Covid, last June, his voice is non existent-The Covid must've affected his vocal chords.
So to-day, you can hug your dog more--and your cat---  in fact even your neighbour-- and they won't think you are  out of yer mind--  It's a day to spread love---and , YOU CAN EVEN EAT CHOCOLATE___

Love is in the air for sure to-day---and if no cards arrive at you house, --just turn on your computer and reread this---It is a good day to smile and  be happy---

Son#2, the air Canada Pilot,  is in San Francisco ----He has already called, telling me he landed and is at hotel-------probably pictures of FOOD will   be sent later-I think there is a large Chinese  Food area there---

The above is sent to you, in case any of you feel sorta sad this morning-- and you cannot feel that way on Valentine's day---so--if you have any tears falling at all, do as the Lady in the picture- TIP YOUR HEAD UPSIDE DOWN --Your tears will stop flowing----

It's is a good day to feel the love--spread the love--
Be Positive--- a good day to eat the chocolate-- laugh a lot--- ---  be a tad silly---and--always BE STRONG!

Well oh my gosh....possibly 2 ladies to help you out. Just yesterday I hoped for that for you. Fingers Crossed! The fact that the Dr. called you back is impressive. Hope you and himself get help! Be safe on your bananna run. I have to do that today too. Rain and wind in St.Louis but sure beats snow.
Have a wonderful day. Love to you, family and fur kids.

  2. Happy Valentines Day! I got a great present!! I got on the scales and they told me I had reached my target. Well THIS target. I've lost 17kg since 2015. I'll now try for another 5kg to go away. I'm not sure If I can include photos but I'll try. I went for a walk by the beach today - for an hour! It was soul restoring. And my Apple Watch gave me a reward for doing exercise on Valentine's Day. It said something about it being a great way to show my heart some love. Nice!

Nope, can't post photos. Oh well, it was a thought! Love you Lynda! ❤️

  4. LOVE your Valentine’s Day card idea! Did that w/my brother for birthdays! It’s fun.

OH goodness! That’s wonderful that the Dr. is getting arrangements made for help for you and Himself.

Yes, San Francisco has a WONDERFUL Chinatown w/fabulous food. If you can’t find good food in San Fran, you aren’t looking very hard!

Sending lots of hugs and love your way. You . . . are . . . loved!

  5. What a great idea for the Valentine's Day cards. We gave each other a pass on cards when the pandemic hit and we decided we're good with a kiss and a hug going forward.

That is WONDERFUL news that putting the call in to the doctor resulted in a quick response. Fingers crossed that they will assess the situation and guide you in finding the help you need.

I grew up in the SF Bay Area, and yes, that area has really good food. Tell Son #2 to check out Yank Sing in the old post office building -- they have delicious dim sum!

  9. Happy Day to both of you! A good idea to save the card from each, why not? I have several of my husbands card to me, that I saved, and I display them. He died 7 years ago, but always picked out lovely cards for me. Your son should have wonderful Chinese food in SF, but it may not be cheap! Enjoy your shopping, and hope the ladies visit you soon.

  12. I have saved Davids' cards...beautiful each one, I found his Christmas cards for 2022 and him struggling to write in them just brought more tears....He always gave me the sweetest cards and always 2 or 3.
    This is very hard.

  13. So happy you may be getting the help you need for caring for Himeself...and for snow, too, I hope.
I am going to my daughter's home sometime soon (grandson's basketball schedule is crazy), and we will celebrate the day. I have so much stuff for them...including chocolate. Woops! Forgot to get something for the dog! (Mr. Magoo).
Warm and rainy here today, but an inch of white stuff due overnight tonight. Tomorrow night it is forecasted to be below freezing again.
Of course, it was to good to last this early in the year.
    Your poster about the stairs is right along with the Law of Attraction teaching about how everything has a + and - side. We gotta try to focus on the + ;-} {{{HUGS}}}
