Together we can make it---

Good afternoon is better to wish you all--at this time--I have had computer troubles-----The computer guy just left--took away the track pad--so, now I use a mouse---- I will miss that track pad for sure--but---  it seemed to just conk out--The mouse I am using now, is driving me crazy --but--at least it works---- -

So--I missed all of you----You have become part of my life ---and---- Other than no mouse pad here---- everything seems awkward---but working---

Lordy Be!!  We must be strong----I didn't give up the ship this morning--, Apple care   tried to help me, but ended up causing more of a problem as they turned off my WiFi--by mistake--and then I had no mouse--could not type--So--I called Son#2 who is very computer literate , and everything he suggested did not work--- so--mucho "dollaros" --later,--- I am back in business-with a keyboard --which seems  cumbersome--
To-day I finally feel positive about this set up--  At least it works--thanks to the computer guy----and some $$$$

Below is black Bean Soup with Nachos with  Guacamole

some dishes from L.A  sent by Son#2 the Pilot--

My house is a mess--altho, Sadie was here and wiped down all the counters in the kitchen--This was before the Computer problems--

These Ladies say it as it is---They are beautiful----

I hope that your day is going better than mine has been-- -- but-----whatever happens, we can handle it--You know---and you know---   That seems to be all that's needed---

I sure have missed you all----sending big hugs your way-----Hopefully all is well in your part of the world-

  1. Hi Lynda, so happy to see a note from you. I missed you.
Computer problems are the pits! I'm so helpless when it goes wonky. Glad your up and running again. Applecare to the rescue but, of course many $$$.
Glad all is well at home with himself.
I'm not sure you realize how loved you are by all of us. YOU are beautiful inside and out.
I love black bean soup but have never tried to make it.
Enjoy the rest of your day. Thanks for the inserts and your positivity.
    Be well and safe.
    Hugs and blessings

  2. Hi Lynda, it's Kathy. Well, I'm sorry you had computer problems and that you had to pay someone to help you get back on the computer. But I am happy that you weren't having a very bad day in the North land! Daisy and I finally got out for another walk, she does love her walks and she seems so restless when we don't get them in. It's warmer again with sunshine. I went to the gym this morning and that always makes me feel better - AND my husband offered to buy chow mein for us tonight which means no cooking for me! I hope the rest of your day is fabulous! Oh, and I love the food pictures, although I've never heard of black bean soup. Have to look that one up!

  3. Hi Lynda: Was worried that there were issues with himself at home. Glad it was computer issues instead and that you finally got it working. Computers are the worst especially for people like me that are computer illiterate. To me that soup is disgusting - don't like black beans! But the nachos look ok! Glad you're back in business now. Like those two ladies. Have a good night. Brenda

  4. Hi Lynda! It's nice to see you and know all is well. Computer problems are so annoying! Happy you are up and running again. The food pics look really good. I know the pilot enjoyed every bite. It was sunny and 50 today in Ohio. I walked one of the yorkies. I can't walk them both together yet until Tommy learns to walk better. lol Have a nice evening!

  6. While they are happening, computer issues are the worst! At least yours are fixed now, as mine were recently.
I take it your spouse and pets behaved okay. That's good, too.
Noting much going on here. Sadie must have been here while you were with the tech people. She just did a bit...dishes, garbage out, straightening up. Enough for today.
It's just a bit warmer every late afternoon...just in time for the temp to fall below freezing again overnight. We had a lovely blue sky today.
For months, Lucky has hardly wanted to play with me...I just hear him a bit a night. Suddenly the last few days, he's got his mojo back! He's running, jumping and flipping when I wave his wands at him. I love it! Maybe he'll lose a couple pounds.
    Well, time to make some supper now. I will sign off 'til later when I see what comments my dear sis made. {{{HUGS}}}

  9. Glad you got your computer going. i need to find someone who can come help me download an office program. I need to print medical lists and while I have them in documents and can open them, I cannot update them nor change anything or print them either.
Makes me upset. However, I am going to contact a few folks here in town and see if any of them know someone who is computer literate...I am afraid to mess it up.
