What a Wonderful World!

Sunday----a day of rest----  LOOLOLOL----  (As if eh?)--but-- we might a wee nap this afternoon---- I shall tidy up this house and fertilize the front lawn--maybe the septic  grass also----

Son#2 the pilot will be flying home to Toronto this evening--from Britain--

He sent some pictures of the English county side
                                                        and of course--FOOD--curried lamb--
The Curried Lamb was made by his INLAWS who he took the train up to visit---

So, that is what a Pilot does while he is waiting for his flight to return home--I am always happy when he texts me to tell me his flight number ,  to return to Toronto-- and when he texts, "PUSHIN"----meaning, he is leaving the gate--pushing back, ---I know he en route to come home -

And now I must ask,"How is your day going?----  Are you as happy as a clam at high tide?--are you feeling strong?--Are you "Happy and you know it"--- It doesn't matter what other people may think_and, sometimes it is good to act a tad crazy----dance up a storm--sing out loud to your heart's content--

You know, we only pass through this world once--so attack this day with enthusiasm--
Enjoy you Sunday--and--- guess what?-I shall check in on you all this evening---

  2. Hi Lynda, it's Kathy. As always, love the photos your son shared. How nice that he could visit his in-laws while in England. It's going to be a beautiful day here in Minnesota. I hope to get some yard work done, and take my little Daisy for a walk. Yes, my leg is very painful, especially in the mornings and then again in the evenings. I haven't yet seen the results of the CT Scan - not sure if I will get them in My Chart or if I have to wait until I see the doctor. I just hope they can help me because this is no way to live. I'm almost getting used to the pain! I hope you have a lovely day and do get that nap in!

  4. Home from Puppy Preschool and trying to decompress. At least Ember did not poo on their floor this morning, but she did pull on her leash enough to maker herself throw up. Sigh. She's in her "den" (kennel) now and I'm breathing and might take you up on that nap suggestion!

  5. Glad you're happy so far today, Lynda. I am, too.
Tired after the late night at karaoke, but Lucky and I will snooze soon. He's had his lunch and I am eating mine.
Sunshine here and 20 degrees above freezing. No wind, either. Lilacs have buds, but not full flowers yet. Tulips and dahlias are out.
Not doing much today. Sunday usually is a day of rest for me if there was karaoke the evening before.
Great memes, including one with the words of my favorite song. BTW, that's also the title you gave your blog!
You'll get some exercise with your raking. Hopefully some rest when Himself naps, too. Or music. I couldn't live without that!
Whatever you get to do, enjoy the rest of your day. Hope Himself and the pets co-operate with that idea. {{{HUGS}}} Love, Maggie

  7. Hi Lynda: The English countryside looks real nice. It's great that he gets along with his in-laws so good. Glad he likes the food. I don't like hot/spicy so not for me. Hope himself gets to go to the Lodge tomorrow. Will make for a better day for you. Have a good night. Hugs Brenda
