So, do you have your Sas on??--- like , are you ready to tell the world that you are awake and ready to go??---- to stand up to the bullies and nitwits ----
OR-- Are you totally Discombobulated?-----Again this swill be a short blog, but I had to let you know that I was thinking of you all and hoping that you are facing the world to-day with patience and kindness and trying to avoid all the Malarkey out there--
I have a couple of "oldies" --and "Goldies"--
The above is me---teaching AQUAFIT to music--Anyway---- Hopefully your day is going well--if not---- make it go well--
Love this!!!
ReplyDeleteGood day to yu! Lynda
DeleteShort but sweet blog, sis.
ReplyDeleteGlad you've got your phone in place now.
Loved the photo of you teaching aquafit! Water exercise is supposed to be easier and good for the joints.
Yes, it would be great if we ALL were younger...or, hmm...maybe not.
Saved that meme about pets living longer...oh, how we all wish that! Cookies and ice cream with no calories? I'm for that, too.
No word abut the rest of your brood, so I guess all is okay there, too.
Did the pet store have the disposable littler boxes?
I just got back from errands with my wheel-less friend, Rebecca. Got what I forgot yesterday. If I make a list, I'm liable not even to take it with me. It can help just writing it down, though.
Hoping you have a wonderful caturday, and that you all get some leisure, too. I'll check back later, Lynda. {{{HUGS}}} Love, Maggie
Son #1 came to visit his Dad this AM---First time in 3 yrs--I think--- Hopefully can get groceries tomorrow--- Yu got it over with today eh?--- I picked up a special crate to carry Sushi on the trip--haven't tried it on her yet--I will be so happy when all this is over with--LOL_- Hugs Maggie---
DeleteSon#1 lives down the road from you and hasn’t visited himself in THREE years??
DeleteAlso…didn’t you just get a large order of groceries this week? Where do you put it all!
It's Kathy. Yes, I wish pets lived longer. Our little Daisy is 11 1/2 now and I can see how she is slowing down. But she still has her heart! We did some shopping this morning - it feels so good to be able to do these normal things without too much difficulty. By the 3rd store (groceries) I was getting tired and the check out lady had to talk to each person while she was checking things out! It was a long wait but totally worth the effort! Another dull, dreary day here in Minnesota - but it's a little warmer. Yes, all these things that have to be done seem to be so much more complicated than they need to be! But you are crossing things off your list!!! Have a good day.
ReplyDeleteHi Kathy-- Can yu believe that Son#1 actually came out to visit his Dad this am?--First time in 3 yrs--It looks like yer body is healing--Loo0k at all yu did today??----Sounds like yu even enjoyed the shopping-- so good to feel good eh?--Lynda

It was a good Saturday--- Thanks Barb--Lynda
DeleteHi Lynda! You are getting a lot done! I hope the weather holds off for your trip to the new place. My nephew finally comes tomorrow. Chilly in Ohio but warms up for a few days. How was your day? Going for ice cream in a bit. No calories, you said? LOL Wish you were going! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteIce cream is the best!!! It was chilly here all day -- snow in the air--not on the ground yet-Lynda
DeleteAt the dog park today encountered a man walking an arthritic older dog, as well as those walking puppies and every age in between, so yes, like so many of us, I wish pets lived longer.
ReplyDeleteMy co-inlaws adopted two new birdies yesterday, a pair of parakeets. My son and his wife have a foster child living with them for the next few months at least, and he picked out names for the birds. It is amazing how rapidly one can bond with a child and become his defender and protector, and how rapidly he can lean into the safety of a stable placement. Pray for all children in such situations, it's not easy being "in the system"!
Children do need a stable environment for sure Barb--just like a pet--Lynda-
DeleteHi Lynda GREAT INSERTS, GREAT BLOG.
ReplyDeleteI'm later than late. I volunteer at a local food pantry and today was Scouting for Food. The scouts brought in about 4000 items and the local city hall dropped off 2000 items. We were busy! Fitbit said I did over 12000 steps 👍
Son #1 took 3 YEARS to find time to visit with Fred...wow.
Great pictures. You're such an accomplished woman! Proud to have you for a friend. Wife, mother, grandmother, nurse, Aqua instructor, writer. Wow. No wonder you can tackle anything. You are that beautiful, strong, confident woman...and you have cute sas.
Good job getting phone and not losing your patience.
Big hugs, much love
